We had a wonderful stay at Benedetta's place. The apartment is great, very nice and modernly furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view of the sea is wonderful, but you also have a beautiful view of the countryside from the bedroom. We would have liked to use the large terrace more often. We felt very comfortable. Thank you, it was fantastic.

Apartment equipped with everything you need to have a nice vacation, clean and very spacious. A plus are the owners, two very kind and always available gentlemen who made us feel at home and who gave us many tips on what to visit in the area. Recommended Family Living!

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything impeccable, very nice house.

Very comfortable apartment by the sea, which is reached by crossing the street, with a fantastic terrace on the seafront in the center of Marcelli that allows you to eat every day with a view of the Conero! The apartment is equipped with a private parking, essential in summer to explore the beautiful surroundings without the anxiety of where to park the car on the way back. Rosalba was always very kind and helpful.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this house in Italy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome basket filled with delicacies prepared by our hosts, including a freshly made cake, simply delicious! A delicate touch that set the perfect tone for our stay. The house is superb, perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a carefree stay. The setting is exceptional. From the terrace, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the Italian countryside, ideal for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The serenity of the place allowed us to disconnect completely and savor every moment. Our hosts were very available, always ready to answer any questions we had or resolve any concerns. We leave with our hearts filled with wonderful memories and with the certain desire to return. Thanks for the exceptional hospitality.

The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

Great location, clean and cosy apartment

We stayed for two weeks (February -April) at Fausto’s place. Enjoyed everything about this house, very private with beautiful backyard garden fully fenced which was great for our dog. The house was spotless clean from kitchen to bathroom and bedrooms. The surroundings - the area short drive (5-10 minutes) is dotted with beautiful top-hill historic villages, vineyards, olive and vegetable farms. Good eateries everywhere. Fausto, our host, was very pleasant, friendly, and easy to comunicate with and super responsive. Overall, it’s a five star for everything and we highly recommend Fausto’s place to everyone planing to visit the area any time of the year!

Beautiful home. We stayed beautifully

We were a group of 12 people with children and dogs and stayed for four nights to celebrate New Year's Eve. The house met our expectations: spacious, warm, with all the essentials, very comfortable to visit the surroundings and the foresight of the pool table was a plus. We needed assistance and were promptly helped.

Thanks to the convenient and quiet location we had a pleasant stay. Apart from the comfortable accommodation equipped with all comforts, especially functional, I want to point out the beautiful garden where we spent relaxing hours. Mrs. Maria Grazia and her husband gave us useful tips and also food and wine suggestions. It's a location to recommend

My family and I spent two weeks in Donatella 's house and we had a wonderful time. The location is very quiet and peaceful with nice views. It was a good starting point for visiting interesting places , like macerata , sarnano, lago de fiastra and several beaches. We enjoyed the house and le Marche!

The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing and therefore perfect for a group of 6-7 friends. The host was extremely helpful in answering all questions, responding to our contacts in a very short time. The house is very welcoming and has everything you need for a peaceful weekend. One of the highlights is the view from the balcony, which allows you to enjoy the sunset.

Mehran is a super generous and welcoming guy. He goes out of his way to receive you in person, picked me up with his car several times and made sure I was comfortable. The apartment is more than comfortable, has everything you need for a short term stay, spacious, and close to several bus stops that link to the city center. I stayed here twice and I will stay again in the future. I highly recommend !!!

Host available for inquiries and suggestions about the area. Beautiful accommodation: impeccable cleanliness, ample availability of dishes and accessories, air conditioning in all rooms and large and well-kept garden. Possibility of accessing the beaches directly on foot in about 15 minutes, both equipped and free beaches. Inside the accommodation area there is a bar, a children's pool, one for adults and a tennis/soccer field. We had a very good time and if possible we will return in the future.

The apartment is very nice, clean, stylish, arranged with current elements, everything easy to use, positioned right on the main street with shops right in the vicinity. The host responds quickly in case something is needed. It's totally worth it!
