Really very nice place, it was a little like staying at home thanks to the decor, cleanliness and availability and kindness of the host and the other people involved. Very available in times of need or doubt, either by phone or in person. Overall with my group of friends we had a great time and it exceeded our expectations.

I spent a few days in this house and I can only leave a super positive review. The apartment was exactly as described (indeed, perhaps even better!), clean, cozy and equipped with all comforts. The location is excellent, close to both the beach and the center The host was very kind, always available for any questions. We really felt at home. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to those looking for a pleasant stay without surprises

We had a wonderful week here in early September - the place is just as lovely as its listing and a particular highlight was the pool: the perfect size for early morning laps! The surroundings are peaceful and Andreea was always quick to respond to any questions. We went to the private beach club most days (having beach towels provided is an added bonus if travelling with Ryanair!) which was a ten-minute drive with easy parking, and the apartment's location is ideal for visiting the pretty hilltop towns nearby if the weather isn't great. (Highly recommend visiting Ascoli Piceno on a Saturday with its small antiques market then venturing further to the waterfall in Castel Torsino.) Do book Agriturismo Sant'Angelo, which is just a short drive from the house, and be prepared for ten delicious courses! A great stay:)

Spacious, clean, quiet and strategically located house, very kind and helpful host!

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

We had a lovely stay at Benjamin’s house with a family of 7 people, including 3 kids. The view is amazing and calming, very nice pool. We were there in august in the middle of the hot season and it felt very not that hot there, so we spent lots of time outside. Some nice restaurants Benjamin recommended are really not far and in very cute and beautiful little towns, that we enjoyed exploring. We had a few issues during our stay, but Benjamin immediately helped us to solve everything. Highly recommend this house for easy and relaxing stay.

It has been a beautiful space! If you want to find peace in beautiful nature, this is the place to be, Irene is a wonderful hostess and has furnished the farm with attention to detail. It's just perfect, we felt incredibly comfortable♥️ and would come back anytime. Anyone who has an eye for detail feels that everything was taken care of here. We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

It was a beautiful experience, we were found more than what was written in the description. The apartment was very nice and very clean, we had to buy very few things. The host has had a lot of care towards us, answering any small questions. We really appreciated the abundance of essential amenities offered by the host. I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Civitanova Marche and its surroundings, and the place potentially allows you to move exclusively on foot. The umbrella left available to the apartment and soaps for the washing machine are also very appreciated. The house is well air-conditioned but still fresh at all hours of the day. If I were to return as a group to Civitanova Marche, I would definitely choose this apartment.

Valentina, Francesco's wife, and Linda, their little girl, are two wonderful people: welcoming, friendly and sociable. Staying here will make you feel at home ( the house of dreams in the middle of greenery😃) from day one. Not only is the house very beautiful, but also the location is extremely convenient to venture, not to discover a beautiful sea but also a hinterland rich in history and surrounded by beautiful nature. The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

Host available, friendly, we immediately established a friendly relationship. We had a wonderful boat trip with him on the Conero Riviera, with detailed explanations of the area. We thank Francesco for the fantastic stay.

We had a lovely time at Bob's. He and his wife are lovely! Luce and Henri (the 2 dogs) are also very cute and just want to be petted. Bob's renovation work is great, and the apartment is absolutely new. The outdoor space is beautiful and offers unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding hills. I will be happy to come back!

We were guests in this house for 11 days and we had a very good time. The apartment, with careful cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciated the TV that allows different connections (Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with different capsules available, as well as the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with availability of change of sheets as well as towels. The private garage is very useful, and in any case there are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both for reaching the sea in a few minutes and for visiting, within a few kilometers, the numerous medieval villages of great interest located on the green hills of the Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us, sending them a cordial and warm greeting!

We spent two really nice weeks in Edoardo's house. The house is comfortable, nothing is missing, the garden is really nice but above all the location is very convenient to the beach and the center of the town but it still remains in a quiet and very quiet location. Edoardo was a kind host, you will have no difficulty communicating with him! A perfect solution for those traveling with children and animals.

Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.
