Very nice, cozy and well served accommodation, beautiful view from the windows of the apartment. Claudia's mom was very helpful and never intrusive to us and gave us tips on what to do in the area. The area is very quiet, amenities are easily accessible. Highly recommended!

Charming location and accommodation that allows you to relax surrounded by nature. The home is equipped with every comfort and the host is available whenever you need it. The place is a paradise and is perfect for those looking for relaxation and wellness with stunning views. Obviously traveling by car or you can reach, with trips of about 20-60 minutes, the best Marche towns and experience the beauty of this magnificent region. Access to the property is a little uncomfortable and impervious, but just drive slowly and be careful, especially if you do not have a high car as in my case. In any case, this did not affect the quality of one of the most beautiful holidays I have ever had, so I can say that the experience was absolutely magnificent so that, if only I had more time, I would repeat it tomorrow. we have stayed in Alessandra‘s apartment for 16 days. We just love it，clean and spacious，fully equiped. It feels like home.would love to book next time when travel to castelfidardo.

The house is very charming and the secluded location offers plenty of privacy and space for our loudly playing children. The number of loungers and seating outside is great. The saltwater pool is super nice and pleasant . It is not enough for proper swimming, rather splashing and refreshing. The house is special, the decor is functional. For very small children with the gallery in the children's room and the steps difficult. Our youngest is 4, that wasn't a problem. The terrace is great for sitting together! Great view! The road is clearly audible, which should not bother you. There is very little room for improvement...with the kitchen equipment. (Sharp knife/number of cutting boards,..) And a few more mosquito nets. Unfortunately, a few windows do not have a terrace door and bathrooms. We were far too short to explore the surrounding area. You can certainly spend a week busy with beach excursions, looking at castles, towns, Fernando knows and has lots of tips!

Upon our arrival, we were very warmly welcomed by Laura. She showed us the house directly and immediately gave us many great tips for activities and restaurants in the area. The house is an absolute dream. It is very clean and everything is well maintained. The veranda and garden are beautifully landscaped with great views of the village and nature. It's very quiet and we felt right at home. Restaurants as well as the beautiful, small neighboring towns are all super to reach by car or even on foot. Laura is a great hostess. She had a lot of valuable tips for us that made our vacation unforgettable! We will definitely be back and look forward to our next visit! We highly recommend the Casale di Laura!!

We were there for three days - Marco was super nice and lives right next door and was always available for questions. Most beautiful view from the terrace into the Marche - street hardly used - equipment sufficient for 3 days - very sweet cat that the children loved!

The reception by Paola was very friendly. The apartment was nice, clean and with two spacious bedrooms, and the swimming pool and terrace were lovely to spend a relaxed day. We were received very friendly. Gustavo gave us great information about the design of our vacation with information about events and sights. We have experienced our two hosts as very helpful and supportive. On our arrival everything was as described in the offer. The communication was uncomplicated. The Podere is magically nestled in the hilly landscape, our place was only 10 steps from the very clean, daily cleaned pool. Bed linen and towels have been changed several times by our hosts. The whole complex is well maintained and very stylish and authentically designed. The quiet secluded location was very accommodating in our need for relaxation. The city of Tolentino with all shopping is 10 minutes away. The region of the Marche is an extremely interesting holiday area that can impress due to its charming and varied landscape, its very friendly inhabitants and with lots of culture and leisure activities. We were able to enjoy the traditional cuisine of the brands on the many festivals in the surrounding villages and towns. Our vacation was a complete success, we will be happy to come back, as this great region could not be discovered in 14 days.

Paola and the family were so friendly. We had the most amazing stay for two nights and wished we had stayed longer. The premesis is stunning and their wine is beautiful. We will be back!

We stayed with 4 adults and 6 children in Tolentino and had two wonderful weeks in this great house! It is very tastefully decorated, well maintained, well equipped, spacious (so that everyone can retreat), has a great pool (perfect size) and a great view in every direction. It is located in the hills above Tolentinos in an absolute, quiet location (you do not disturb anyone and will not be disturbed). You have to have a car, to Tolentino you drive about 10 minutes/ here you get everything. Every few days, the pool was cleaned and after 7 days, towels and linens have been changed. There are great small towns in the area and you can also drive to the beach in just 40 minutes. We had a lot of bathing, cooked and enjoyed the tranquility. It was never boring, our kids' age was 10-15 years and all could swim. Thanks, Kate, for everything! Communication was reliable and very pleasant. Absolute recommendation from the heart!!
