A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

Everything was perfect! The experience was beautiful, the house and the surrounding area are even more beautiful live than I expected, inside there was everything you need and even more. But above all, the hosts were impeccable from the first moment to the last. Very quick to respond, proactive, very helpful, very kind and very patient despite our great delay in the time we had requested for check-in. I couldn't recommend it more.

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

We had a fantastic stay in Lucia's place in Castelfidardo. The apartment is stylish, very clean, and comfortable. The garden was a real highlight, with amazing views of the hills. The location is ideal, peaceful and quiet, close to Ancona and great for exploring the area either by car or bike. Lucia and her parents are wonderful hosts, super friendly and always reachable with helpful tips. A very nice experience which we highly recommend and would love to return in the future. We stayed for the All Saints' Day holiday with the family, nice big apartment and new furniture! Like the photos! Beautiful view in a peaceful setting, convenient for visiting the villages, Recanati and Loreto! Parking in the backyard!

The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, simple and tasteful furnishings that adapt well to the house. There was a barbecue that unfortunately we could not use but we appreciated that it was there, the garden is very nice and well cared for. Very comfortable bed and pillows, the residence is private and quiet. The house is close to the sea that can be reached on foot, as well as some beachfront restaurants. Elisa is always kind and her mom is available for any need. A crib was not available to add, so we had to bring one from home.

we stayed only for one night, but everything was well organized and comfortable. The apartment matches the description and the owners were very quick and efficient in fulfilling our requests. I'll start with the hospitality first: Deborah was always available. All questions could be answered quickly and easily. Furnishings and hygiene: The furnishings are of very high quality and well maintained. It is very stylishly decorated and you quickly feel comfortable. The outdoor area: A beautiful atmosphere that you can enjoy in the evening after a long day wonderfully and in absolute tranquility. Beautiful details such as light furniture were set up in the garden. Arrival: Immediately a great first meeting in the accommodation. A painstakingly compiled list with all the important information is laid out, so that you do not have to ask more and more open questions that arise during the stay Beach: The location to a beach consisting of sand can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Very inviting for children, as there is a great program for all ages Sun loungers with umbrellas can be rented. We: 2 adults + 2 kids. Were very satisfied.

La Terrazza del Conero was fantastic, the view was breathtaking. Inside it was cozy and practically furnished. Christian's wife was fluent in English, which was easy for communication. We did nice getaways. We would highly recommend this place. Regards Nicole

We stayed in the apartment during the New Year's Eve celebrations, a very pleasant experience: modern, spacious, well-distributed spaces, perfect accommodation for a family of 4! The house is very clean, with all the amenities, comforts and also a beautiful view! Great location to visit Conero but also the Marche hinterland! Very kind and helpful host!

The accommodation is very nice and clean, located on a pretty and quiet street, close to the town centre and the beach, about 10 min walk from the railway station. The hosts are super nice. We'll stay again if back in Senigallia.

Nice and clean apartment, close to the sea. Noemi let us check in a little early. There is a bakery nearby with delicious pastries, unfortunately the larger store was temporarily closed

Magnificent stay in a modern, clean and equipped apartment. Romina's house, in addition to being beautiful and welcoming, has a pleasant surprise on the upper floor: a large and enjoyable terrace from which you can see the sea. The kitchen is modern and high quality and the walls of all the rooms are embellished with colorful paintings that we really appreciated. The added value is Romina, friendly and helpful. The parking space in the condominium garage is an additional advantage. We hope to be back soon!

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

we spent a night during our vacation, we were friendly welcomed, the flat is beautiful and we had everything we needed. the area is beautiful and peaceful. Just few minutes away from the beach, but in a quiet area. Next time we will come for longer!

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. To the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

Sandro was very friendly, and an experienced host. His place is very spacoius, on the 3rd floor with a spectacular view of the surrounding countryside, quiet, secure with gated parking, and all services within walking distance. Camerano is a small hilltop town with great cycling all around. We had a great stay!
