It was a different apartment than the one described in the listing but very neat, clean and nicely furnished. The host made sure we didn't miss anything. Always happy to come back!

Really very nice place, it was a little like staying at home thanks to the decor, cleanliness and availability and kindness of the host and the other people involved. Very available in times of need or doubt, either by phone or in person. Overall with my group of friends we had a great time and it exceeded our expectations.

Very close to the city center, slightly up the hill. Everything is clean and new. Quiet street, the only thing you can hear is the neighbours (its an apartment so to be expected). Some spices for cooking would have been great. Overall great choice!

We relied on Dario for this weekend in May and had a great time. The accommodation was perfect, very close to the center so that we could do all the trips on foot, Dario and Aldezia were always very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything except bath linens, not clearly highlighted on the listing but indicated in Dario's description. We will definitely be back.

Very comfortable accommodation in the countryside, but within walking distance of the sea! Everything was wonderful! We stayed with our 2-year-old daughter and our dog and had a great time. A special thank you to the kindness and availability of the owners.

Clean place and exactly as described. Host available and quick to communicate. Paid parking space near the accommodation. Overall a good stay. The only negative note is the non-compliance with the regional indications regarding the breakfast offer, I say this based on the reference documentation left in the apartment by the host.

Nicol provides all the directions that may be useful, including tips and tips on restaurants in the area, and is proactive and available for any eventuality. In addition, the accommodation has a strategic location being close to the center (on foot), the beaches, the activities to experience the Conero (port) and the main road branches.

A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

The listing is as described. The view from the terraces is magnificent and from May we were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The apartment is a little old but perfect for 2 people. Please note that the spiral staircase that leads to the bedroom is quite steep and access by car is not very easy. Sometimes from the terrace you can hear the busy road but it's not at all annoying inside the house. Poalo is a very nice, kind and responsive host who was able to perfectly respond to our requests even though his English is basic. He was very flexible for check-in and checkout times.

For Casa Colorata, we have nothing but praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hill; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated it with love and equipped it with everything, down to the smallest detail. We spent beautiful sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

Alba's house is located in a beautiful area in the Marche hills in the province of Macerata: the house is comfortable, well equipped for cooking and spending relaxing moments in the living room and garden. From the house you can walk for beautiful walks in the surroundings; towns with shops and restaurants can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Alba is a kind and always available host; we spent a beautiful rustic New Year's Eve in her home and recommend it to everyone.

We spent a wonderful week at Nicola’s place, wish it were longer! The house is so charming and cozy we felt right at home and it was so hard to leave! The location was so perfect for us as we got to explore so many beautiful charming cities every day from the coast to the mountains. Nicola was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants, cities to visit and everything! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The apartment is very nice and has plenty of space in the living room for cooking and relax, a large washroom and a comfortable bedroom and bed. Location is perfect, in a quite street two minutes away from the main town square. Supermarket very near, fruit and veg marker very near, easy access downhill to the beach. We want to come back here next year.

This is the second time we have stayed with Roberto, this time choosing the apartment on the first floor. Excellent spacious and comfortable solution.
