Roberto and Gigliola are two very attentive and considerate hosts. We felt at home right away! The apartment is of excellent size, well arranged and very comfortable both inside and out. The beach and the sea, visible from the terrace from which we ate our meals, are a step away from the courtyard! Roberto provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably, Gigliola offered us the vegetables and herbs from her garden! all absolutely not necessary and much appreciated. we will definitely be back!

Perfect stay. Everything was taken care of in detail. Very clean house and cared for in detail. Presence of every comfort to be able to spend a holiday in the best way. Laura is a very helpful host, always present and it is very easy to communicate with her, very kind, friendly and makes you feel at home. Central area with a supermarket, ice cream parlors, and restaurants. Private parking space under the house. i'll definitely be back!!

Mirco was a great host. When we arrived. He showed us where we could get some groceries and the best Gelato (IL GELATO) and answered any questions with the help of an english speaking friend. Any problems Mirco would come out and help It is worth hiring a bike to get about the town. Excellent restaurants especially Da Cesare . Mirco was easy to get hold of . Polite and helpful. The apartment was clean and tidy, and close to the town centre and other amenities. I would defintiely go back. Thanks Mirco for making our stay great.

Enrico's apartment is beautiful. It is very clean and very well furnished. You can have a wonderful time on the roof terrace and on the two other balconies with sea views. We felt very comfortable with Enrico! Enrico is a great host. He is very friendly, always available and very attentive to his guests! We also got along very well with Enrico privately! Dear Enrico, thanks for everything! We will be happy to come back!

The house is newly renovated, it is complete with everything and in a fantastic location, because it is very close to both the equipped beach but also to the free beach. Also 10 meters from the house there is a bakery bakery with the possibility of having breakfast or takeout. There is a square in front where there are always activities at night. Finally, the house has a parking space inside the property.

Our vacation was familiar, great hospitality and continuous availability. The house is super clean and equipped with everything you may need, washing machine, dishwasher and super equipped kitchen.... just like at home!! The location is the reason that made us choose Angela's house, and I have to say that, to get out of the gate, cross the street and be directly on the beach, for me it is priceless! Nearby there is everything you may need, right in front of the house there is a kiosk on the beach where you can have breakfast or quick snacks! In addition to the sea, the hilly area is beautiful and there are several very good proposals of restaurants that offer very good local cuisine. Highly recommended vacation!

I would enter review "the pearl of the Conero" because the house of Silvia and her husband Gabriele (very kind, welcoming, friendly and available for advice and information) is a special place. It is arranged on two floors with a beautiful livable garden, surrounded by a manicured hedge that guarantees privacy from the neighbors and furnished with table and lounger/deckchair, very comfortable for lunch or dinner outside (cool even in the hottest hours because it is shaded). The apartment is new, thoughtfully furnished, spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The residential complex is quiet, you can park in the driveways adjacent to the house, but especially in two minutes on foot, through a very quiet pedestrian street even x children, you access the beach in front where there is an umbrella with two reserved sun loungers! From the house you can reach restaurants and a supermarket while, in a few minutes by car, Sirolo and Numana with their charming beaches. Highly recommended!!!

The apartment is small but perfectly equipped and livable, beautiful terrace where we dined almost every night, we had a great time and it is in a strategic point to visit all the attractions of the area. A short walk from the free beach and the establishments. We had a great time, and we absolutely recommend it. Thanks to Maila for all the tips and addresses of the restaurants where you can eat fish.

Apartment within walking distance of the sea, adjacent to the bike path, serviced area. The condominium is tidy and clean, although not up to the standards of the apartment's interiors, which are well renovated and equipped with all amenities. The railroad is nearby but negligible given the quality of the windows... I would say imperceptible. We were really comfortable. Stefania is kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The house is really nice: tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. It was a convenient starting point for a few trips. Too bad Cesano doesn't offer much: those who only look for tranquility will be in the ideal place. Returning home, we will miss the balcony overlooking the sea! Andrea and his wife were always very helpful.

Excellent location both for the distance from the sea, you cross the road and reach the beach, and from the city center, a walk along the promenade allows you to arrive in a few minutes. Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Location, with respect to the sea, excellent. Bathroom staff, booked by him, kind and helpful. Contained but functional accommodation. A pull-out sofa bed would be better than a fixed one. However, his constant presence was reassuring. Recommended.

We spent two really nice weeks in Edoardo's house. The house is comfortable, nothing is missing, the garden is really nice but above all the location is very convenient to the beach and the center of the town but it still remains in a quiet and very quiet location. Edoardo was a kind host, you will have no difficulty communicating with him! A perfect solution for those traveling with children and animals.
