We stayed for one week in this apartment, and I’d like to say that it’s a perfect place. Quiet and charming with a beautiful environment. Irene was very responsive and ready to help with any questions or issues. And thank you for the delicious wine and breakfast.

We had a great time in this beautiful home overlooking the Marche hills. The interior spaces are large, the pool is super refreshing and spacious, the view for us who are in the city was beautiful. The large kitchen, as well as the living room. We were warm in the rooms because there is no air conditioning but only fans, but August was hot everywhere and at least we had the pool to dive in. We found the pantry full of delicacies for breakfast and also eggs, fruits and vegetables from the garden from which you can draw. We were highly recommended about restaurants. The bathrooms are 2 plus a service one, while the listing shows that it is 3.5; however, it was not a problem for us.

The host was very willing to meet our needs and provide us with useful tips for our stay (beaches to visit, restaurant,...). The location of the property is convenient for those who want to visit Conero and its surroundings. The only beach nearby and reachable on foot is that of Ancona Le Torrette which is not great, but with the car you can comfortably visit many other much more beautiful beaches.

Location of rare beauty of the house, clear and clear hospitality of Luigino, available and immediate in phone responses from the first questions. Impeccable and clean interior: comfortable beds, pellet stove that guarantees the right warmth in view of the night - although it can be done without, since the interior environment appears well protected from any external thermal excursions. The choice for breakfast, to taste just in the morning, among the first fogs of April, with the pale light of the aurora that rises from the chirping of birds, in the middle of an expanse of green and the colors near and far from spring and those blue mountains... Scenario of fairytale and very high quiet that I will not forget.

The apartment is located in a fairly central area but outside the area of greatest hustle and bustle. One of the advantages is the beach accessible without the need to use a car; just cross the road. The accommodation is completely renovated and new, both in the furnishings and in the systems. Quiet, bright and very clean accommodation. Equipped with every comfort. Host Manuela is very friendly, attentive to the needs of her guests and very respectful of privacy. Another advantage, especially for high season, is the indoor parking.

What can I say……..everything about Pamela and her apartment that has been written in other reviews is exactly right. Located in a really quiet and peaceful area. Presentation of the apartment and everything that was supplied exceeded my expectations. And Pamela was so friendly and went out of her way to make my stay so easy enjoyable. Very highly recommended….and I would go back at my first opportunity.

Second time I have been hosted by this gorgeous family, the place is absolutely terrific and awesome. It’s a perfect spot for who wants to be able to reach the airport with few steps, what is really impressive is the ease and the attention to details that hosts reserve for this tiny and cozy flat.

Claudio’s apartment is spacious and comfortable, the location is great, inside Jesi’s walls in the historic center. The wifi worked perfectly as well, I had more than 100mbps in download on my laptop. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time in the cottage. It was a spacious and simple cottage. The pool is really lovely. You are looking at Macerata from the cottage. Nice place, we had 3 wonderful weeks.

We stayed with our 2-year-old. We found a perfectly clean, bright house ready to save us from the August heat, thanks to the air conditioning in the rooms and a fan in the living area. The cleanliness was impeccable. The kitchen was equipped with every comfort and equipped with everything you need, including breakfast and basic cooking ingredients. We left home with an umbrella and everything for the beach, but we could have avoided it because we had everything in the house, deck chairs, umbrella and shoes for the beach. Thanks to the great location, we were able to optimally manage the child's afternoon naps, without giving up the sea and visits to the town and its surroundings, as it is super central to everything! And despite the super central location, the evening nightlife and the parties in the square, we managed to rest very well thanks to the house that was very well insulated!! If we go back to Numana, we will DEFINITELY go back to Leonardo's!

This apartment is great. Clean, cosy and placed in a very good location (next to a bus and train station). Contact with Frederica was very good. Her lovely mother welcomed us with tasty muffins and then with the pie every other day 😍. We had enough food for breakfast and even supper. Coffee express was great (easy and fast in using). I totally can recommend it ☺️

Olga was incredible! When I got to Ancona from Durres, I learned that the taxis would not take me anywhere with my dog. I speak no Italian and had to figure out the bus. When I got to the bus stop, I had to walk uphill with 5 suitcases and a dog! When Olga found out about my ordeal, she made arrangements to have me driven to the train station! It was amazing!! Then, the driver helped me load my things into the train. Such angels!! I can't gush enough about their kindness to me!

Strategic location, close to the center and access points to the sea. Very clean property. Owners very attentive to needs and available for any need, directions and suggestions on the stay. Well-organized breakfast.

It was perfect! Simone is very kind and explained everything to us. Spacious room with air conditioning and a balcony. Small fridge in the room, very convenient given the heat. We'll be back!

Stefano and Giordana were welcoming and friendly. It was a true pleasure to spend time with them and be guests in this beautifully restored marche country home. Perfectly situated to go to the beach (and you must), visit wineries and experience all that le marche has to offer. Breakfast was outside and always a fine and energy-giving experience. They are lovely people. Highly recommended!

Our stay was very pleasant thanks to Laura's kindness and availability and the comfort of the accommodation. The location is great, it allows you to get to the beaches in 10 minutes by car, or to visit the beautiful surrounding villages. We really enjoyed the abundant and varied breakfast as well as the fresh fruit, always available. Laura also gave us useful tips on places and places to eat.
