Vacation rentals with a balcony in Marbella

The house is very nice, it needs a little cleaning and some kitchen items, such as cloths and a cutting board, otherwise everything is great!

Spacious and well-located stay in the heart of Málaga Old Town! We had a minor hiccup before check-in probably due to travel fatigue but once we figured out the entrance and building layout, everything was smooth. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience much easier. The apartment is right in the center of Málaga’s Old Town, close to lively nightlife, shops, groceries, and plenty of eateries. It’s spacious, with four comfortable rooms, and the well-equipped kitchen (including washer and dryer) really made it feel like home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return ♥️♥️♥️

The accommodation was even better than it looks in the photos. Spacious, clean, tidy and conveniently located. Emilie was always in touch with us, and allowed us to use the sets of keys we asked for. A relative of his was waiting for us, and he was very friendly and polite. If I go back to the area, it will be our first choice

My family and I had the pleasure of meeting Jacques at his beautiful Airbnb in December where we spent our Christmas holiday. First and foremost, he is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and kind. No matter what question we had regarding the stay, no matter what time of day or night it was, his answer was prompt and always accurate. He helped us with restaurant recommendations, local sights to explore and finding the perfect local hiking trails. The Airbnb itself was lovely, super clean and very comfortable. From the wonderful beds to great linens, amazing sea, and mountain views to the well-stocked kitchen, we hardly had a reason to venture out. It is spaced out over two floors so lots of privacy for everyone, as well there is a clothes dryer which is a real bonus in the EU. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home if you have the chance. We will be returning in the future and thank you again Jacques, your assistance and kindness was much appreciated. J & K

The apartment was centrally located but in a quiet neighborhood, which was ideal. Everything was within walking distance — sights, shops, and restaurants. There were several supermarkets just around the corner, which was convenient for things like bottled water. The neighbors could be a bit noisy in the evenings at times, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we were definitely satisfied.

I would highly recommend this place, I would go back anytime, you need a car to get around, beautiful place!

The apartment is in one of those street appointments where cars do not enter, so it is very quiet. You're close to the bars and the most popular area to go out, but you're not right on top of them, which is great. As for the apartment itself, it's beautiful, super comfortable and works very well. It's on the first floor by stairs, so if you don't have a problem climbing, it's great. You can cook, as it has an oven, microwave and refrigerator.

The residence where the apartment is located is secure and very quiet. The beach is about a 20-minute walk away. There is a LIDL and Mercadona a 5-minute drive away. There is a very large supervised pool and another small pool for children. The apartment is very well-equipped, you will feel right at home. Thanks to Tove and Trond. We'll be back.

Lovely home with everything you need for a nice stay. The house is well decorated and comfortable with a decent balcony in a peaceful location. We enjoyed the pool area which was very relaxing. It was close to the beach and the marina. Our host was easy to contact and very helpful. We want to return again soon. We loved our stay!

Hello I stayed in the villa LAS GRANADILLAS from August 17 to 24, we were welcomed by Manuel who made us feel comfortable directly. The welcome was perfect , we had a little problem the next day with the wifi, we contacted manual and it was direct and efficient . The place where the villa is located and very quiet, it feels safe, the neighborhood and calm and the view and beautiful. The equipment was present and functional apart from the microwave that was not working, each room had its air conditioning which is perfect during the heat. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, even some consumables like dish soap , dishwasher tablet, washing machine products. Only thing to improve is the presence of a small ant in the TV lounge area and in the small terrace but nothing very bad. We were delighted with the small welcome gift We were delighted with our stay Thanks again to the hospitality manual and for their professionalism. It was an enjoyable stay .

House full of Andalusian character in the heart of old city .Terraces and balconies with flowered fruit trees and plants on every floor .Terrific design for the family as the bedrooms are located on different floors .Bathrooms on each floor including ground level .

Myself and my friends have just stayed for 3 nights and could not fault it! The villa is stunning aswell as the gardens and pool. We got around the local area aswell as going into Marbella and Puerto banus, would definitely recommend this villa and will definitely be returning in the future.

We had such a great trip! The house is in the perfect location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, making it great for exploring the area. The house was just as described and provided a great place to stay!

Great place to stay with a group. Lot of options for privacy in the house and in the gardens around the house to find a sunny (winter) or shady (summer) spot. We have been cooking great meals everyday. With use of oven, microwave and lots of pans and pots. Use of washing machine and dryer is just great. Pool is not heated in winter, but can be used by daredevils in combination with sauna. Lore is very nice and responsive. Love to come again.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful and peaceful complex. It has two large swimming pools, and the apartment balcony overlooks the first one. You also get a sea view—slightly limited, but still beautiful. The parking spot is the best I’ve ever had—just a few steps to the lift, and you step out right next to your door. Only a 5-minute drive to Estepona, which I highly recommend visiting. It’s also not far from Ronda—just a 1 hour 30 minute drive through stunning scenery. I also really liked the apartment’s smart automation—everything was very well set up. To make an absolutely perfect stay, I would suggest adding a pod coffee machine and a toaster. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Centrally located, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, functionally furnished and totally practical in every respect. Beautiful apartment with excellent location. Definitely recommended for families looking for a place to rest in a peaceful area and still close to beach, restaurants, train station and main area of Torremolinos. Apartment was modern, quiet and functional. Air conditioning worked perfectly and it was always nice to get back to the apartment after a day at the beach or pool area. Beds were comfy and it was very quiet every night. Terrace was such a relaxing place for having a cup of coffee and eating together, surrounded by amazing view. Javier was proactive and responsive host always making sure that everything was as well as it could.
