This apartment is perfect because from here it's close to all the bars, restaurants and the city center. At the end of the street there is plaza la Merced. This apartment is just renovated. We have airco in the bedroom and living room. The walk to the lockerbox is 4 minutes, we are not allowed to but it on our wall downstairs unfortunally. In the living room you will hear city noise, because we are located in old town. The bedroom is on the other side of the building, so no city noise there 🙏

We have just replaced the three old windows with new ones with the highest level of sound insulation, however, as it is located in the center, silence is not absolute.
