Darlene was a truly fantastic host, striking the perfect balance between giving space and being very responsive and friendly. The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, the space was well curated, comfortable, clean, and super relaxing. I will absolutely be a return guest!

Michelle and Gary were great hosts. I received very clear instructions on how to get to the location and how to check-in. They met me in person and we had a very friendly chat as they showed me around the whole place. The room itself was spacious, clean, homely and comfortable. The neighborhood is also extremely nice and peaceful. I loved the stay and will happily return and recommend them.

Martha’s place is beautiful, clean and very unique. The whole experience was delightful and well thought out. Martha placed fresh flowers in the room and included snacks and drinks. Everything in the space is of high quality and tasteful. The location is perfect as the beach and Broadway, and public transits to downtown LA were within walking distance. Despite being so close to attractions, it’s quiet and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Kathy and Steve were fantastic hosts. The space was exactly as described and I was very impressed with how clean it was and how thoughtful the they were in setting the place to have everything a traveler/visitor would need. Great job guys. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful place and great atmosphere and Maria was a lovely and helpful host and the light and views in the place are beautiful. Helpful tip: you'll need to go to launderette if staying for a while as no washer or Dryer.

Overall, if we could rate more stars, we would! The hosts are so kind, generous, patient, and caring. At the same time, they respected our privacy. It felt like crashing at a loving relative’s home. We will definitely reserve here again if we’re ever back in town!

Everything about this place was amazing!! From the location to the inside and outside of this place, we loved how private it was and how comfortable it felt. We loved it, it was just the perfect size for us three, the bathroom was nice!! And loved the bedroom, it had many good things, also Charles was very responsive, always making sure to answer any question you had! Please make sure to stay in this place if you ever visit LA specially if you have an event near downtown LA or if you want to visit Koreatown. It’s affordable and super nice!! Thank you Charles!!

This Airbnb was perfect! The location is amazing, and the outdoor patio was gorgeous. I stayed by myself and got the rest and relaxation I desperately needed! I would highly recommend staying here :)

Very clean, very firm bed, very quiet area. Close to South Bay Beach community. (Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Kings Harbor) Also easy travel to SoFi Stadium and The COSM. Bo , left us snacks and coffee pods, and texted us to be sure everything was ok, very nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a place to sleep and easy access to the surrounding area attractions.

Anand’s place is THE BEST value in Hollywood. In addition to an immaculate home, the backyard provides a secluded sanctuary to sit or walk the garden. I HIGHLY recommend this property! And thanks, Anand for a great weekend.

We have stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. Especially enjoy the patio with the lovely plants and flowers. Such a nice spot to enjoy morning or late afternoon tea. Will stay here again for sure.

Brian was very responsive during our entire visit. Place was clean and exactly as described. Close to York and a stone’s throw away from all the bars and restaurants on Fig. Bed was also very comfortable.

Had a great stay while I was here for a week. It was nearby everything that I have potentially needed, far away from the chaos of L.A but close enough to where there's still lots to do. Gil was really accommodating and welcoming during my entire stay. Place looked exactly like the pictures, bed was comfy, and the bathroom was clean. would book again. thank you!

nice converted garage. I enjoyed having my breakfast on the outside bistro table which had great morning sun. Quiet location, nice tree lined streets, far enough away from busy blvd's but close enough to walk to everything. Shower was tricky to figure out but there were clear instructions. Plenty of pots and pans, cutlery and utensils, a good variety of cooking supplies in cabinet.

Myrna and Bruce's place, despite being a very reasonable distance from the main attractions we wanted to see in North L.A. (about 45 minutes to the Getty on the day we went), felt peaceful and safe. I slept comfortably on the sofa bed; we used the very up-to-date washer and dryer and availed ourselves of lovely coffee and biscuits. The bathroom was cosy, clean and very pleasant. We unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to meet Myrna and Bruce themselves, but they kept in close touch and kindly told us everything we needed. Entry and exit were easy and smooth. I recommend this place as a great base for exploring L.A. and environs if you have a car and are resigned to the inevitable distances!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and host experience in this beautiful & immaculate small oasis! The room is extremely comfortable ... clean and very secure. I absolutely love the private patio with twinkle lights & firepit! Derek & Sylvia’s place was absolutely perfect. Instructions were always clear, and hosts are super responsive. The garden & koi pond are better than the pictures would have you imagine, just so peaceful. The flowers smell great every time you enter. The space is artfully designed and never felt cramped. A key highlight was the bed — truly, more comfortable than at home (which is really rare for AirBnB)! I think there was a memory foam mattress topper along with memory foam pillows. I don’t cook, so the sparse kitchen was no problem for me. Also loved the ceiling height and overall feel of the bathroom and living room space. Will recommend to any friends visiting LA.
