Great area, clean and great amenities.

My stay at Julia’s place was amazing! Great parking location and really easy to find with her instructions. The bed and linen was probably the most comfortable I’ve used at an Airbnb ever so that was perfection. The only issue I faced was intermittent internet. I was working remotely and it seemed the only place I didn’t drop zoom calls or lose WiFi was in the bedroom. This was u fortunate as I am on calls majority of my day. Again, Julia was very responsive, and the home was very well stocked for a two week stay. Thank you Julia, I would for sure stay again!

It’s my first time writing a long review. I needed a clean place with safe neighborhoods, and I can’t say enough about how GREAT my experience at Aly’s place was. The building itself is very safe, and Aly’s place is gorgeous, clean, and spacious for two adults and a dog! Also, Aly’s very responsive, so it was easy to communicate with her. I will definitely book this place again whenever I visit LA! Plus, the location is very convenient- 20 mins to downtown LA, 15 mins to Universal Studios, and 30 mins to LAX. Also, there are many great restaurants around, and I enjoyed a cute neighborhood cafe called Spl. Coffee. It’s 10 mins walking distance, which was perfect to walk my dog in the morning! Hope this review is helpful to people who are looking for a safe and nice place in LA!

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

Had a comfortable stay at Alisa’s place and would stay here again. Alisa was a responsive host and even had trash bags dropped off when I needed more. The gated parking is a plus. There’s a nice shopping center across the street with all you could need. One thing to note is that the unit faces a gas station and a big intersection so it can get noisy during the day from the road noise.

This stay was absolutely amazing! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and exceeded all expectations. What truly made the experience stand out was the host—extremely responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. I’ve stayed in many places, but I’ve never experienced this level of customer service before. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

Loved getting to stay here! Felt super safe and it was right across the street from a very convenient shopping center with tons of restaurants and a grocery store.

Staying at Howard and Jaqui's beautiful Santa Monica home, Serenity, was an unforgettable experience. The private outdoor patio provided a peaceful sanctuary, perfect for relaxing in quiet solitude. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the exceptional warmth and care from Howard and Jaqui. During the unprecedented Pacific Palisades fires, they went above and beyond—coming over to check on us, answering questions, and offering support with genuine concern. Their kindness and hospitality made all the difference. They are truly lovely people, and their home is a perfect reflection of their heart and generosity. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts.

Easily accessible, very clean, easy check in, very good price for the stay. Neighborhood felt very safe. Would stay here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Stay in Sherman Oaks! We loved our two-night stay here! The house is right in the center of Sherman Oaks but incredibly quiet and relaxing. Parking was super easy with an EV charger right out front. The interior is cozy and well-designed with everything we needed. The two little gardens added privacy and a peaceful vibe. Our host was amazing; very kind and responsive. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Loved the place! Will book again. We stayed at this property on the UCLA graduation weekend to attend our son's graduation. It was very convenient for everything. A garage for parking your rental car was a bonus! If I have to mention one thing that wasn't perfect: The sleeping arrangement for the master bedroom was mentioned as "1 King bed and 1 Couch". This led us to automatically assume that there was also a couch bed we could use. However, it ended up being a small couch that could not be used for sleeping. We managed the situation by buying a cheap air mattress at the nearby Target. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about, and everything was perfect at this property.

We had a wonderful stay with our family, including a toddler and an infant. Amber and Cameron went above and beyond, providing two pack-and-plays and a highchair, which made things so much easier for us. The house was cozy, clean, and tidy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and despite being near a busy street, the home was surprisingly well-insulated from any noise. We loved having access to the garden, and the convenient parking out back made traveling with kids effortless—plenty of space for our large SUV. The location felt safe and was perfect for our needs. We would absolutely stay here again!

We have stayed in many AirBNBs in many cities, states and even international locations. Nima’s place was pristine, beautiful and spacious…and also the most well appointed home we have ever rented. Sonos speakers, gas grill, kitchen spices/appliances/and more. It is one of our all time favorites. The hosts thought of everything and made it a home away from home in every way. It is an oasis in a bustling area with close proximity to beaches and the best of LA. Every message was answered in minutes. The ease of renting this home was incredible. We had six family members stay in total for my daughter’s UCLA graduation weekend. It was perfect. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home.

We stayed here with family including some elderly folks and everyone agreed it was perfect for us. It felt like a nice hotel apartment with everything being 100% new and obviously a lot of thought put into all of the amenities. Super clean, comfortable & safe. We were there for activities at UCLA and it’s very close and a good value considering the other limited and expensive hotel options. It’s less than 5-10 minutes to UCLA depending on traffic. We visit LA often and I think this is a good central location in general since you can get to so many desirable spots in less than 30 minutes and proximity to the freeway is key for that. The beds and pillows are very comfortable- not too firm but with good support. 2 of the 3 rooms are windowless but there is a good HVAC system for air flow, the TVs are HUGE with DirectTV and streaming options, wifi is fast, the parking garage is tight for navigation but our SUV fit fine in both spots, and the dining area fits 6. Great food options close.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

It was an amazing stay! Alan made sure we got settled in comfortably. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us recommendations where to find food. He also let me borrow his fan to sleep because I can not sleep with out a fan and he checked in while we were there making sure we were having a Great Time! The place is in a perfect spot and offered everything and more to make our stay PERFECT!! I am ready to go back already!! Thank you all for making this vacation the best it could be!!!

Check in and check out were very simple, and having a private parking spot was amazing in this part of town, which is otherwise mostly street parking. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
