The most beautiful home on a beautiful block in a beautiful neighborhood. Local recommendations were wonderful, and the people were friendly and kind. The home is lovely—well cared for, well put together, and perfect for a getaway. Exactly how you want to live while you travel. The private patio is ideal, the home feels secure and well-lit, and the kitchen is fully stocked for those who prefer to cook.

Cozy and clean and the sheets and pillows were so nice and comfy! I managed to sleep so well! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Venice.

Coni was an exceptional host — everything you’d hope for in the perfect Airbnb experience! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. Her place is whimsical and full of charm, with beautiful mermaid decor and artwork that we were absolutely obsessed with. Coni went above and beyond to make our stay special, from thoughtful welcome snacks to great local recommendations, and all the fun pool toys that we could enjoy! Her warmth and hospitality truly stood out! I would 10000% stay here again and will absolutely be recommending this gem to my friends and family. When the original unit we were planning to rent was unexpectedly not available due to the tenants being unable to return to their fire damaged home in LA, Fawaz and Nicholas offered an alternate unit arrangement for us that was even better than our first pick- which is hard to believe- All of their units are amazing! Beautifully decorated, with all the amenities needed including a gift basket ; private patios with water features and comfortable furniture; quiet peaceful walkable locations with many great restaurants close by and easy access to local attractions and airport It was a perfect stay and Fawaz and Nicholas were the perfect, most responsive and accommodating hosts I highly recommend their Jackson Ave properties! We will be back!

Quiet and comfortable place to call home for a long weekend! Plenty of street parking available and a quick drive to great restaurants, the beach, LAX airport, and more. We had a great time!

This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

The place was so clean smelled awesome just a great place to stay! She thought of everything, noise machines , phone chargers made it easy to settle in. Great host ! very organized. It was a little confusing getting in but overall awesome!!

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at M’s place in the Venice Canals. So lovely and serene, such a good location. It’s within walking distance to Venice Beach and easy to get around LA via uber. Very safe area too, lots of dog walkers and people walking through the canals but quiet and peaceful at night. Inside was equally lovely with a large bathroom and comfortable bedding. Overall we would definitely recommend this stay 💚

I love this condo in Westwood -- I am a return customer. FABULOUS location in Westwood near everything and perfect for UCLA. It has parking (!!) and a pool and you can walk to campus, walk to Target (many time if you are helping a student move. Many, many times!) Lots of restaurants all over and Trader Joe's right downstairs. The place is lovely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Super clean and lots of fun.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment. I felt right at home and would highly recommend staying with Tom. Hope to return!

When I tell you that Smitha thought of everything, I mean she thought of everything. Every little thing! Extra beach towels, boards, floss, fresh fruits, extra blankets, a bidet, ice… Things that wouldn’t even think you’d need. The attention to small details is very clear. The space is cozy and clean. The yard area was a literal sanctuary to me. I would go out and sit by the fire pit at night and in the morning just taking the beauty in. I highly, highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful house, in a beautiful city.

This was such a fun Airbnb experience! These hosts are so sweet, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had an odd request and they totally went out of their way to help! The entire area is gorgeous and perfectly walkable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. 10/10 would stay here again!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Second time we’ve stayed in Cara’s place & loved it. The apartment literally has everything you could think of, the bed is comfy. The style is shabby chic & beautiful. We’ve been visiting Santa Monica every other year for the past 24 & weeks would always have this as our first choice. Thanks Cara & Lori Xx

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
