Hollie’s place is a great spot to stay in Venice! The Lincoln Ave neighborhood is nice and chill with access to lots of great shops and grocery stores (Ralph’s is right across the road, Whole Foods up 7th is particularly great too!). And woah, the kitchen! The appliances were sparkling new and made meals easy. Hollie’s home is on a quiet street, and safely behind two keypad gates, so it felt like our little oasis for a combo work/vacation visit, especially with a small dog in tow. Hollie went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and we really appreciated that! Looking forward to coming back someday soon!

If you are looking a for hide away in plain sight, want be centrally located to be able to perfectly experience Venice culture and have ‘value for money’ base from which to ‘operate’ this is the location….with awesome comms the owners

Our stay at the guest house was outstanding and our hosts, Paul & Candice were excellent hosts. We really appreciated the detailed instructions for gaining access to the property and a book full of instructions for how everything worked. The guest house was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped for all of our needs. The location was perfect with Larchmont Village being a block away. Being dog lovers, our daily visit from their dog, Sophia, was something we looked forward to. I would not hesitate staying here again.

This was a great place to stay in a convenient location. David is such a sweetheart. It smelled so clean when I arrived. I loved the backyard area. It was so peaceful to sit out there. I also loved the bathroom lightening and shower. It is near LAX so there is some noise from the overhead planes but the location is helpful for the area. Take caution in this neighborhood at night.

Spent a long weekend staying with Marla and Scott. The house is in a super peaceful neighborhood, well situated for Culver City and easy to hit the freeway to explore the rest of the city by car. M&S are gracious hosts and the studio well looked after and supplied! Would stay again!

I stayed for a week with my wife and toddler. Randy’s place was perfect for us. Easy walk to the beach and a playground, and plenty of room in the guest house. Randy communicated well, and getting in and out was easy.

Megan's tiny house is not that tiny. I love the place! There is nothing to hate about it, if youre in LA you should be driving cause this place is not accessible via walking but you get the view, the peace after exploring the busy LA. Will definitely come back here if im in LA.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

Gil’s place is great. There are very detailed instructions for check-in and check-out so it makes the back and forth much easier and streamlined. The Digital Touch pad lock was a little tricky at first, I also showed up kind of late and was a bit flustered from travel but it’s easy once you get the hang of it. The private entrance after check-in makes it way easier. Super clean and nice. Would stay here again. Thank you Gil!

Lauren was truly the best host I've ever had through Airbnb. Her home was not only more beautiful than the pictures, but also incredibly well-maintained and welcoming. Among all the places I've stayed, this was by far the best. What made the experience even more special was the thoughtful snacks she had prepared for us 🥹 such a kind and generous gesture that made us feel right at home. Thanks to Lauren, our trip started off perfectly. I’m so grateful for this unforgettable experience!

Simply put, Jennifer and Steve are outstanding hosts who go way beyond what would be considered a good host. Friendly, welcoming, warm, sincere, helpful, communicative, and generous is the tip of the iceberg! The space is amazingly beautiful, comfortable and clean, with every imaginable amenity provided. Superb is the only way to describe the hosts and their property.

Alina’s place was beautiful

We had an amazing stay—this place is a hidden gem! It’s literally less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and you can see and hear the ocean right from the room, which made it incredibly relaxing. We loved having breakfast out on the awesome patio every morning. It was perfect for a quick weekend beach getaway. Grocery delivery and Uber Eats were super easy, and everything arrived without a hitch. The location is incredibly convenient—just 15 minutes from the airport and about 25–30 minutes to Santa Monica. There are plenty of great spots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner within a 10–15 minute walk. Playa Del Rey Beach was quiet and peaceful—even over Memorial Day weekend, it wasn’t crowded at all. Despite being close to the airport, the airplane noise wasn’t an issue at all—we slept soundly every night. The overall vibe was very chill, quiet, and easy. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and we’ll definitely be back!

Very nice place and peaceful location close to the beach and many restaurants nearby. The bikes were a great amenity. We didn’t have enough time to use everything else; but we enjoyed our stay.

Ryan met me when I arrived and helped me settle in quickly. Parking in the neighborhood was easy. Accommodations were excellent. Very nice experience.

Such a great place with an equally amazing location! You can tell they care about their space, it feels very intentional. And starting out your day at Jackson House a few doors down is a must!

I only stayed a couple days and it was a great location for my training . One morning I walked to Venice Beach which took about a half an hour. There were great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. overall great stay.

We loved Jade’s ADU. It was our first time traveling with our 4 month old and Jade’s kids/baby amenities made it so easy! We loved the location and walked to many local spots. The unit is beautifully designed. Lovely stay, all around!

Mark & Julie were great hosts! This location is absolutely perfect to visit Venice Boardwalk & Santa Monica Pier but being out of the louder nightlife. A block from Main Street which has so many great restaurants. Coffee, ice cream, donuts, dinner spots. It was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend their place!
