We split the house so the front door is your private entrance, leading up to… 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a sitting room, a private bathroom with tub and shower and kitchenette. (No stove.) WiFi, A/C, Smart TV, ***off street parking***. Garden in front. Close to the Grove, LA Farmer's Market, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, LACMA, the Academy Museum, Page Museum and Petersen Car Museum.

NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. Most suitable for guests who just need a comfy place to sleep. We currently HOST ONLY ONE GUEST. Pls kindly read through our rules before booking.
