The interior is Modern, uncluttered. There is some white noise from Hwy. 5 (our "babbling brook") in the studios private yard, none in the studio. Great for 2, 3 is cozy, 4 tight.

We never struggled to find parking. Toni responds to most messages on the platform almost instantly, which is impressive. I appreciated the picture of the stuff in the closet for kids; saved us from needing to lug a stroller across the country.

I booked this location for our 10th anniversary. I couldn’t believe it was available. When booking this location you are right in the hub of Malibu. Nobu is within walking distance, so is carbon beach. There is a balcony top where you can people watch. Also a private little outside area for yourself. They even offer a garage space which was really cool. Responses were quick and easy. I even booked an extra night pretty effortlessly. The Host Stay Awhile, Emily, Dan and Jelena are a great team have more locations and I will be renting from them again when the time aligns.
