This jewel of an island is located a quick 20 minute ferry boat ride from Seattle but is a paradise getaway from the bustle of life. The house, comfortable but elegant, has a truly breathtaking panoramic view of the Puget Sound and a private deck where you can sit back and watch the sun rise or set. Please Note: Because of Covid-19, we stipulate one day between the departure of a guest and the arrival of the next guest to allow our housecleaner adequate time to safely clean the house.

The neighborhood is well established with lovely, well cared for homes and beautiful surroundings.

Enjoy our stand-alone studio on Wollochet Bay. Studio is above detached garage and is the guest house behind the waterfront home. Beach studio has private circular stairway entrance. Located on quiet and serene private lane only 7 miles to downtown Gig Harbor for historic fishing village strolls and great dining. Your journey to serenity is a lovely 5-to-8-minute walk down a historic hillside to the secluded community of Sunrise Beach. Walking down the private driveway you may see a family of deer on your left when you pass the Historical Marker. As you walk past the houses and cabins on the waterfront, you might be reminded of Silverstein’s charming “Where the Sidewalk Ends.” The reward for your journey will be the treasure waiting for you at “the prettiest cottage on the beach.”
