Vacation rentals with a patio in Manzanares el Real

Miguel is a fantastic and helpful host and gave us great local recommendations. Amazing communication and great location, would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Madrid.

A 10 from the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Marisol, a lovely person, attentive and kind. Great accommodation, very good location, cleanliness, tranquility and comfort. My family and I felt at home, definitely to be repeated.

The studio is really perfect! Light, spacious and a lovely terrace. Nearby many amenities and only fifteen minutes walk to the city center. The studio is clean, fresh and equipped with absolutely everything!

This was an excellent spot for what I needed! I stayed one night in Madrid and had to head to the airport in the morning. It’s is super close to the airport and it’s easy to get there by the Metro. It’s also in very green neighborhood with grocery stores and bakeries and anything you need walking sits ce. The place was exactly as described it was clean and cozy and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Brian and Diana were consummate hosts…so incredibly friendly and helpful. They were generous with their time in communicating every detail about our stay, and seemed genuinely interested in connecting on a personal level. The birdsong in the backyard was terrific, and just 20 minutes from the airport.

Parje's place was wonderful! Everything was so clean when we checked in, and the place smelled fresh. The apartment was exactly as described–beautiful, cozy, and well-located. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Communication was prompt and helpful throughout our stay, with Parje consistently checking in to make sure we were comfortable and that everything met our expectations. The neighborhood was also very walkable, with several markets and charming family-owned restaurants and bars just around the corner. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and how easy everything was from check-in to check-out. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay here again!

Great apartment in a breathtakingly beautiful area. Right next door is a grocery store and Pilar and Dani were always available for our needs. Huge shower in the basement, large kitchen and nicely furnished. A gem!

Great choice for us. Perfect for 3 or 4 people, everything was spotless and smelled exquisite. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. We had complimentary coffee, sugar, milk and juice. Some cereals and sweet snacks, which pleasantly surprised us. The place is identical to the photo. We definitely recommend it and you would book again

Javier's house is a true haven of peace. We spent 2 nights with 10 people and we slept very well. The view is absolutely beautiful, the house is clean and the garden is peaceful. Everything was perfect! Communication and instructions were very clear. Thanks again Javier for a successful stay!

We had a great weekend, three couples of friends with small children. The house was clean and had everything you need, exactly as described. One room downstairs and three bedrooms above, two bathtubs that come great with children. Although we were unable to use the pool because it was not seasonal, it was fenced and is an extra quiet with the children. Yes they used the trampoline a lot and the spacious patio, Beatriz even left a small swing and slide although it was already a bit old. The only thing is that around the house there is not much to do and there is some big park in the village, but there are many restaurants and some routes within a few minutes by car. We really liked it.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was lovely—quiet and peaceful, perfectly located just far enough from central Madrid to feel relaxed, but still close enough to get into the city quickly by cab, metro or a walk if you’re up for it. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and proactive. The real highlight was the pool and garden—an absolute dream to come back to after a day exploring in the Spanish heat. Highly recommended!

Ideal accommodation for going to IFEMA, it's a 20-minute walk. Quiet neighborhood and the house has everything you need to spend a few days. Laura was super friendly and made it easy for me to arrive a little earlier and store my suitcase until my train left. Thank you very much!

100% recommended! The apartment has everything you need for an ideal stay, everything is practically new and well maintained. The area is very well connected to the center by public transport and also has many restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors that make the stay more pleasant. We had a great time at Laura and Daniel's in Paracuellos, very close to Madrid. The apartment was great: clean, comfortable and very well located. Thanks to public transport, it was very easy to get to the center of Madrid without a car. On April 28, a massive power outage hit Spain and Portugal. Despite this, Laura and Daniel were incredibly thoughtful: they provided us with portable lamps and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. The fact that Laura is fluent in French has greatly facilitated communication and was of great help. We highly recommend this accommodation for its comfort, its ideal location and especially for the exceptional hospitality of Laura and Daniel.

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!

Amazing place! The location is great and the city center is just around the corner. The flat is very comfy, has everything you need, it’s very clean and modern, and the host was very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay!

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Madrid! Alvaro is an outstanding host—warm, responsive, and full of great local tips. The place itself was even better than described: spotlessly clean, stylish, and in a perfect location (close to transit but quiet at night).
