Monthly Rentals in Manhattan

Isabel is a friendly and happy person. They always responded quickly when I had questions as well as the check-in process, and the place was cozy and comfortable. It was unfortunate that I had to leave earlier than my scheduled schedule because of an urgent matter, but if I go to New York again, I intend to stay at Isabel's place!

To echo what many have said in earlier reviews: This was one of best Airbnb experiences I ever had. Michael is a great person; he is warm and accommodating, always chill, and just a generous host. As a guest, one feels cared for; yet I always had my space to work on my own. I enjoyed several conversations I had with Michael and the great stories he shared. I don’t think the photos fully do justice to his amazing apartment, which is beautifully furnished and designed. Michael has great taste. The nice kitchen is a big plus as well; I saved quite a bit by preparing my own meals. I stayed at Michael‘s for a month, while I was on a visiting research stay in the area. Obviously, the location is perfect; right next to Central Park and well connected to the underground, shops etc. I‘d love to be back at some point. Cheers Michael!

I stayed in Chip and Cathy's apartment for 3 months. Chip and Cathy are people with a very big heart! The accommodation is sumptuous and feels like home. The apartment is always very clean and Chip and Cathy were always there when I had a question. If you're on the fence about this place, don't hesitate, it's a real gem! Thanks again to Chip and Cathy for their hospitality.

Junior was a great host! I felt very comfortable in this Airbnb room. Everything was super clean and exactly as described. Living together was totally pleasant and uncomplicated. Both are extremely nice and courteous and always make sure that you feel comfortable and have everything you need. For example, the TV was broken at the beginning of my stay and it was replaced IMMEDIATELY. I thought that was really great and not to be taken for granted. I can only recommend this place, especially as a woman traveling alone! Thank you very much for the pleasant time!
