If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

We had a great time at Susan's place, and would highly recommend it. There were 3 of us adult ladies and it was so nice to each have our own room! Very comfortable, and we found the house thoughtfully laid out and decorated nicely. It really feels like you're home. Susan has the place stocked very well too. Great instructions for things around the house which made settling in very quick and easy. Location wise you couldn't be better off. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops, a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk. We would absolutely stay again at this lovely Airbnb!

Jennifer’s place is one of the nicest Airbnbs that I have stayed at - quiet, clean, comfortable and I love the location near restaurants and the beach. I also appreciated the quick and friendly communications with Jennifer. Looking forward to staying here on future visits!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was perfectly located to allow us to take a great long walk on the boardwalk in the morning, and was an easy drive to the events we were on Long Island for. Bruce was a great host and very responsive to questions ahead of our stay. We so appreciated the special touches like cookies left for us and a bottle of milk to go with our coffee! Our stay was easy and comfortable we would definitely stay there again.

So glad we stayed at John's beachfront home. We wanted a way to escape the noise and chaos of a large city and this was the perfect fit. Granted the commute is longer, but we couldn't get enough of the amazing ferry ride from Rockaway to Manhattan/Wall Street. Such a great way to explore NYC.

The place was just perfect for a short get-away from the city. Walkable to the beach. You can even see the ocean. Walkable to a good coffee shop, and restaurants. The kitchen has basics, so we could make breakfast. The family upstairs is definitely loud, and I don't think there's much insolation, because you can see the washing machine running, and people showering. Also when it's windy the whole house squeaks. But a couple of earplugs solved that, and the proximity to the beach more than makes up for it. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive!

This was a wonderful place to stay with my family. It’s only 20 minutes from the ferry if you’re planning to go to New York. The location is surrounded by all the stores you could possibly need. The yard is enormous, which was a pleasant surprise. Although it’s too cold to go swimming, the beach is within walking distance.

Edwin is an extremely communicative host. He responds to both texts and phone calls immediately. The property is very comfortable and well located. Magnificent ocean views from both the main living area and master bedroom. Remodeled Kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully done. I have a bad back and the beds were incredible. We came to Long Beach for the birth of our first grandchild and we hope to stay here again for all of our many future visits. Overall wonderful experience !!!

Jenn and Eloise are the best host partners a guest can meet. Very friendly and happy to welcome guests and make all possible for a pleasurable stay. Good communications. The home is in a very nice quiet neighborhood with safe parking available, close to the Boardwalk and beach. Nice architectural details, large and comfortable shared living, dining room, kitchen downstairs. Good variety of coffee caplets and teas, scones and croissants for breakfast. Nice wide stairs lead to the second floor where the bedroom and bathroom are. Very comfortable king size bed. One of the best stays in Long Beach.

John's place is gorgeous. I felt very comfortable with the accommodations. Everything was accessible and my two poodle puppies were welcomed with open arms! I was very happy with my stay. I'm noting that I didn't notice at the time of booking that this Air BnB was a shared space. John (the owner of the Air BnB) and his girlfriend were so pleasant -- it didn't bother me one bit. If you desire privacy, you can rent the whole house! Thanks John!

I can’t say enough great things about my 1 week “staycation”. I’m local, from Oceanside, and just wanted a change of scenery and thought that waking up to an ocean view would be therapeutic. Well, it was probably the best idea I had recently. The location can’t be beat. Even the uber eats driver that I met downstairs on a rainy weekday told me how great of a location it was! The place itself has everything you need. The pictures do not lie. Living room, bedroom, & a goddamn oasis of a bathroom with a heated toilet seat. The shower was amazing. The bed was super comfortable. TVs and thermostat in both rooms. Little kitchenette for your needs but also walkable to all the good local spots. The places is SUPER clean and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. I’ll run out of space if I go on about the view. The pictures don’t do it justice. I woke up every morning and was excited to get a glimpse. I stayed out on the shared patio for hours. The sound of the waves is everything. I’ll be back!

This is the best value accommodation in Brooklyn and Queens. If you commute up North by car regularly you will have to pay the tolls, so getting a EZPass Transponder is essential. You should plan far out if you take MTA. It is also amazing that there is a washer, dryer, and stove that some other Airbnbs restrict or don't have. Street parking is manageable unlike some densly populated parts in the city. Also being by the beach is great.

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

My family of four had a lovely time at Gail's. The place was clean and very comfortable. She has all the gear you need for a stay at the beach and the outdoor shower was an added bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

It was with great pleasure that I visited the prince's house, it is really well presented and clean. It makes me want to come back again. I hope everyone visits Mr. Prince and you will not regret it.

5 stars is not enough for this home. After spending our days in NYC, it was worth the drive to retreat to this sanctuary. There is nothing that was missing in this Airbnb. The host has thought about everything. From the proactive communication to make sure our stay was enjoyable. To the detailed instructions on how to use all the amenities that are provided. The home is IMMACULATE!! Just book it. The best decision you will make.

It was a wonderful location! There was no gas for the bbq but we got great info for where to get and an offer of reimbursement and the hosts always responded very quickly with any questions! We definitely want to stay there again! It was my first experience with an airbnb and it was more than I hoped for.

Edwin is a kind host and always replys quickly. The apartment offers much space and had everything we needed. We loved the ocean view, the near access to the boardwalk/beach and the surrounding area including good restaurants in walking distance and perfect train connection to Manhattan. We will come back!
