Great place in the heart of the financial district . Hosts are very helpful!

I first have to state that the property is immaculate!! Extremely clean and so well decorated, so impressive!!!! The property is clutter free and spacious. The best part was the parking as it was directly in-front of the property. Besides the glitz and glamour of this trendy space the customer service was one of a kind. Fast prompt response and always exuding top tier professionalism. I mistakenly left my purse in the property after checkout and the management company ensured me that they would handle the issue personally and my items would be safe until I returned. I’m greatly appreciative of the care the took with easing my fears. Great experience overall!! I would definitely return to this property again.

Casa simples but cozy, located in a great neighborhood, nearby transportation, market, shops and pharmacy close to the one for walking. Toney Service super fast, we had problems with the TV remote and in seconds it appeared and resolved.

The place is great for short term travel in New York with good prices and easy access to Manhattan. Hosts are friendly and all the responses are timely and informative. Definitely recommend it

This place was amazing and everything I wanted! I stayed here with my groomsmen before my wedding in New York. Very nice neighborhood and great home type feeling inside. Me and my groomsmen with their significant others were thoroughly blessed to be able to stay here. Tara has a beautiful place. Her decorations make you feel at home and her house is truly spotless. We have stayed at other airbnbs and this was the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. The location is close to a nice beach and close enough to other nice places in NYC.
