Good location, quiet neighborhood that has a supermarket, laundry and bus stop nearby that in a few minutes takes you to the Porth Authority station, near New York's Times Square. Nicole was always receptive and attentive to our needs, thank you very much.

Elsie’s apartment is simply amazing! Very well located, well equipped, calm neighborhood. The bus stop is just 50 meters away and in 15 minutes you are at the center of Manhattan! Great communication, we got all the responses immediately. Lovely welcome with vine and flowers. In few words, we spent wonderful 10 days there! Thank you, Elsie!

Wonderful place, with stunning views of the manhattan skyline. Away from the noise and crowds, yet it is very easy (and cheap) to get to midtown with the buses that run frequently. I was visiting NYC with my elderly parents, and they were very comfortable (as were my wife and myself). Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic week in India’s apartment. The place is really spacious, well equipped and with incredibly comfy beds!! The location is fantastic for exploring the city. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus in to or out of the city, and we really enjoyed being able to escape the city centre at the end of the day. The local area is great for cafes, restaurants, shops and takeaways. India was a great host - she answered all my many questions before we arrived and also provided helpful advice whilst we were there. When we had a problem with the heating on our first evening she sorted it out very quickly. We stayed here with 2 teenagers and found it to be the perfect base for our week in New York. Would highly recommend :)

We had a great stay at Emma’s place, location is great with buses every 10min to New York , neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant.

So glad we stayed at John's beachfront home. We wanted a way to escape the noise and chaos of a large city and this was the perfect fit. Granted the commute is longer, but we couldn't get enough of the amazing ferry ride from Rockaway to Manhattan/Wall Street. Such a great way to explore NYC.

The place is beautiful specially for night city view . Quite place . House is very clean everything and host is very friendly and respectful and responsible. I recommend it’s best for summer because you can enjoy river view on board and fresh air . Winters it’s very cold for close to river for air . We had fun and we enjoyed. Pretty quiet place. Lovely . Ready for an escape? Look no further! Dan’s place is a walk through history in a beautiful, scenic mix of beach and wilderness. I am a local and booked this stay over the week between Christmas and new years as a respite while we renovated our new home about 30 minutes away. Dan’s place is amazing, the scenery is surreal. The sunrise and sunsets are a do not miss. The lighthouse is your backyard and the bay with afternoon seal sightings are your front. 5 minute walk to the pub, easy access to all trails for bike riding and walking. Our kids and dogs had a blast. Lots of deer, foxes, birds. Truly felt like we were worlds away but only 30 minutes from our doorstep. Can only imagine the summertime here, but we soaked it up in the winter too. The house has preserved historic charm with modern updates, everything you need. We will be back!

This place is awesome for what it is - a large home that can accommodate many people with a ton of space. It also doesn't have the Airbnb special room of 4+ beds that sleeps 8 to pump up the amount that can sleep there. This listing is straightforward. The keyless entry is awesome, everything in the house works, and there is plenty of parking and amenities. It is older and dated, however, and lacks a few finish details but for what it is, this house is very, very worth it. Each room was separated enough to have privacy, the kitchen was functional, and the dining room, living room, and entry/sunroom all offered enough room for everybody in our party to feel comfortable. I would stay here again, especially with a large group. We were 7 adults and 6 children (all under 8) and this was 1000% better than a hotel or other living arrangement. Thank you Ashley! You were a great host!

Michelle’s place was absolutely adorable! I really felt relaxed and comfortable. I slept well in the bed. The amenities in the kitchen were perfect for a short stay and the lake was lovely.

I booked this for my parents. They absolutely loved it. They enjoyed the snow and the place looks beautiful! It is definitely a great stay and we will deficiencies back! The host is super helpful and responsive!

Estefany’s home is beautiful with an epic Hudson & Manhatten overlook. We were greeted at the door with a warm welcome, a quick tour, and a pristinly clean space. The best part was the NJ transit stop was right outside the door that went directly to Time Square. I'd stay here again and again.

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Everything just as advertised, this place is right next to a a train station. The SM team is very responsive. Just some quick constructive feedback, I do wish the bed was a bit more comfortable. But enjoyed the stay and would visit again.

The apartment is located in a perfect location, close to the Hudson River with amazing views across to the manhattan skyline. Transport links were great too - we were able to get across to manhattan for all the sightseeing trips we had booked quickly and smoothly. AJ was an excellent host. Very quick to respond and so helpful with our enquiries. All his responses and instructions were very clear. We would recommend this property to friends and family.
