Guesthouse vacation rentals in Mandaluyong City

We book the place to celebrate my niece's birthday. The caretakers were kind and attentive to our requests. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with complete equipment, including a gas stove and barbecue grill. The children had so much fun in the pool, which was 3 to 5 feet deep. The bathroom was clean and had a hot shower, and dishwashing liquid was provided. The host was responsive and accommodating. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and an experience that we will cherish for my niece's birthday.

I would highly recommend this place especially to those who have pets as they can freely roam the yard and have fun as well. The place also has a lot of restaurants that you can order from, and is also near malls. We had fun as well, thank you.

Element Boutique Hotel is a very nice place to stay. Very cozy, the food and service is great. A great calue for money. We will surely book a room again at Element.

The place is nice and clean but the Aircon in Room # 3 needs repair because it is jot cooling properly. It us showing an Error Code.

The place was easy to find with the provided address. Staff was nice and very helpful with luggage. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and there are a couple balconies giving you a nice view of the area. The highlight however is the ability to go all the way upstair on top of the building giving you the best view of PN that i can think of, this will give you a beautiful view, especially at night.

You don’t have to go far to satisfy the summer needs of your family. 🏊🏻🌞

Had a blast at Joiza's

The place felt like I was staying over my friend's old place -- everything we needed was there, but we did have to clean a bit to remove some dust (not dirt!! the place was clean naman). The surroundings were peaceful, except for some tolerable noises from the on-going construction work from the nearby building. Host was very chill and easy-going! Sometimes, he doesn't respond immediately (wc is super understandable hehe), so it might be a bit anxiety-inducing(?) if you're an overthinker like me. I'd recommend sharing your concerns as early as possible to avoid waiting for his reply at the last minute. Will surely book again in the future! 🫶

The name says it all, Homey. The photos did not give justice to how beautiful the place was. Miss Janet, Grace and the other help gave us the easiest way to locate the place. Right near everything we could need for the stay. The place is amazing and comfortably fit our party in. The deck gave us a lot of space to do all sorts of things. Our new favorite! My family and our dogs—especially our dogs—had an amazing time at the farm. The place is incredibly beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of animals to meet and activities to enjoy. From karaoke to exploring waterfalls, breathtaking sightseeing, and ATV rides, there’s something for everyone. Mr. Navyvan, the host, was very responsive to all my inquiries, and Ate Angie, the helper, was exceptionally kind. She even offered to pick up items from the market and accompanied us to the waterfalls. It was truly a wonderful experience for us all, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy nature with their family and fur babies. Thank you, Mr. Navyvan! We hope to return soon.

We had a comfortable and fun stay with my family! The place was perfect for relaxing—clean, cozy, family-friendly and dog-friendly! The pool was a great addition and a hit with the family!. The staff were warm and welcoming, and Neric was an amazing and warm host who made sure everything went smoothly and that we enjoyed our stay. The location is strategically placed, making it easy to travel to nearby major cities. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious! We’re already planning to come back with the whole family again. I personally enjoyed celebrating my birthday here. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in the place. The place is clean and have lots to do such as games and watching. We also cooked foods inside, they provide kitchen tools and utensils. They have towels and sleepers. The place and neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, it also has a balcony outside where you can seat and eat. We really feel at home during our stay. We checked in before 8pm and checkout at 12nn. It is really affordable for a 3 guest. Overall the place is highly recommended and will definitely stay again ☺️

Just as described her place is cozy and clean. Area is safe to walk around and a convience store is nearby. Maurice is a great host, she responds on a timely manner and resolves quickly if you have any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay in her place in the future.
