Our stay at Anne’s Airbnb was perfect! The check-in process was seamless, and the place was exceptionally clean and fully stocked with everything we needed, from extra pillows and blankets to thoughtful touches like snacks and toiletries. Anne went above and beyond by checking in on us during our stay, accommodating an extra guest for a few days, and even extending our checkout time to 7 PM for our late flight. The complimentary cleaning service was also a great bonus. Anne’s exceptional hospitality made our trip unforgettable—highly recommend staying here!

Airbnb was amazing! Location was great and quiet. Place itself was clean and had a lot of provided amenities like towels, soap, kitchen equipment, etc. Heads up the lobby and elevators do not have AC so it gets pretty hot. The AC in the upstairs bedroom started leaking but the host was very accommodating and took care of it in a timely manner. Overall a great place to stay, would definitely come back again.

Babalik balikan! Sobrang friendly po nila, may breakfast pa. Had a little talk with the owner and para akong inalagaan dun cause they show care. Sobrang cozy pa nung place mismo, worth it. I’d say this is one of the best airb’s I have been.

One of the best family-friendly Airbnbs in the metro! We have a 3-year-old and a baby and we loved the bed set-up, there was also a crib for the baby. Our toddler enjoyed having the TV all to herself while we watched on the screen projector. Lots of storage space. Comfy beds. Quality towels. Very clean space. It has all the essentials you need during your stay. Everything about the unit was well thought of. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

We loved our stay. The host is amazing. Really friendly and accommodating. We were advised prior of the power interruptions in the building so we were able to adjust our travel time. Moreover, the place is great, clean, and with great amenities. It’s so nice I would have slept in and stayed inside rather than go out and stroll around the city lol. Thanks Gabs!

Great price for the stay near BGC and the airport. Plenty to do and lots of restaurants nearby. Entering the condo is an easy self check in. I stayed for a month and was able to visit Kalinga and Palawan easily as well as exploring Manila.

Great place. A home away from home. A SM Mall close by. If your not a mall person, who just needs food. Dona Soledad has a lot of food outlets (fast food & dinning in). And a stand alone Grocery store closer than the SM Mall. If too lazy to even travel, there is a 24hr, YES a 24hr convenient store. The mini store got hot meals theres no need to cook. But Sir Richard’s place got the things you need to cook if your craving home cooked meals. The place got a pool. Its HUGE. And very safe. Mind me, people got to sign in to get in. Even for food delivery. So its pretty secure. Not a lot of noise. Pretty quiet place. Comfy bed. Good couch. Very clean place. Host and co-host, are amazing. I kept bugging them with my questions and all. But not once they were rude or gave attitude. Very friendly hosts. Kit!!!! Thank you for being patience with me. Hehehe. Sir Richard thank you for having us. Until next time guys.

I had a great stay at this property. It’s clean, comfortable, and the hosts are respectful of your privacy yet very accommodating. The location is perfect for board exam takers at Doña Elena Tower or for just a quick getaway. The provided snacks, coffee, and tea are a nice touch for a morning boost. Convenience was not an issue here, with food stalls and a pharmacy right across the street, and a mall nearby. Overall, an amazing and hassle-free experience—I highly recommend it! 😁

Jemma's place has a perfect location. The unit itself is very spacious and the surroundings gives you a feeling of staying in your own home. Transpo is easy and very accessible. Jemma is very responsive and accommodating... indeed very helpful even if shes not bases in Philippines. I would love to stay again in her place... this is highly recommended.

The place is so good. Stayed here for 1 week, so accessible to places. I also enjoyed their coffee and bread every morning. Check in and check out is just to easy. Ate Hermie, and the rest of the caretakers are so accommodating. Room is cozy.

I loved the place especially the amenities. Resort-Condo type living. The place is not that hot even though theirs no air conditioning. The view is well appreciated. For the ones using the MRT you can see Boni Station out the window. Hehehe! Maam Ada is so flexible with the Check In and Out, I really appreciate it. The hot and cold shower is a nice touch too. I didn't expect the coffee, juice, water and oatmeal thank you very much! Hope I can stay here again in the future. :)

The staff defines hospitality well and they are the gem of this establishment. The breakfast is so diverse and tastes really good! You can get to anywhere you need to as the location is perfectly in the center of manila city. I have no issues recommending this to friends and family. Adriatico Suites, well done and keep it up!

very responsive host. I was transiting to Singapore for three days and had alot of baggage so asked them if I could store my bags there at the hotel and they agreed to store all 6 bags for just P100 per day charge. saved me a lot of access to travel to Singapore and back. very friendly staff and host. really enjoyed my stay there with my family. the rooms were very spacious and exactly the same as the ones on the pictures. highly recommend this. and will definitely come back.
