Stay was pretty great! 😊 View was nice and the room was spacious for two. Kitchen utensils were definitely helpful, and extra blankets were provided too, a plus for us. They also have Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime subscriptions, which were nice since we got to watch a lot of series/movies during our stay. There's of course, room for improvements, that we think can be useful for next bookings. Honesty store is good but we expected more stock, when we checked in—the store had 3 snacks, 5 coffee packets, no shampoo/conditioner like in the photos. PS4 could've been fun if there were two controllers :) and shower's heater isn't working :( Pool is kinda dirty too but not host's fault, we booked during the holidays and didn't expect that there are no pool filters Overall, everything matches and the place was squeaky clean. The place smelled great too! And it was v v quiet, we got to enjoy a peaceful stay. Host was responsive to queries and accommodating. Definitely recommended! 🫶🏻

Ms.Nicole's 2 units in the 6th and 12th floors exceeded our expectations. very clean , well presented, complete in amenities and private and relaxing...the units presented online were exactly as they were when we arrived. Shore was luxurious and very secured and private..the lobby was to die for and Nicole's units are equally very modern, clean and cozy .. we have recommended the units to our friends and co workers and we will surely try to secure the same spots next time. thank you Ms.Nicome, Ms.Marivic. and the crew for guiding us and for the quick responses.gooday mates...well done.from Australia.

The Host is very nice and very friendly. There are just some issues finding the place, due to a lot of building that has the same name. But the Host is very attentive and helpful for you to find it. The staff at the building are very nice as well, always greeting you when they saw you. Overall, great experience. Will do book the Host listing again in Airbnb in the future.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Toshi/Maricar’s condo unit, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The space is not only clean and well-maintained but also thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. The unit is tastefully decorated, with modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials I needed for our stay. I also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection, which made it easy to work and stay connected during my time there. One of the highlights of the unit is its excellent location. It’s conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Maricar was also an exceptional host—very responsive.

Responsive host, clean unit. Alll we need in our stay are available, though, we did not use their things as we bring our own personal stuffs . Clear instruction , hassle-free check-in . The price is fair, just enough for their services , maintenance cost, and utilities . Definitely, we will book this again.

We had a wonderful stay here. Location is very convenient, and is just a few minutes walk to the malls. Many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The unit was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the free drinking water and coffee. Basic cooking ingredients are also available if you plan to cook. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the staff was very friendly. Thank you Lalaine and Rodolfo for being our hosts, and for being responsive to all our queries. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Very responsive host!! I appreciate it so much, it was a family getaway and my family likes the place. It is a bit crowded for 10 people but still nice, still worth it. ☺️ Parking is a bit tricky as it is first come first serve, but thankfully we got a spot. Didn’t feel worried about leaving the car infront of the condo because there’s a guard 24/7. 🙂 Shangri-La and megamall is super duper close, can either take the train or grab! 🙂 Thank you!

Had a great night with MR suites except that we couldn’t find utensils but there are plates in the unit tho. Renz is very responsive and really friendly during our stay. We’ll surely gonna be back for another staycation. Our baby doggo seemed to be relaxed and comfy after few hours roaming around the unit😂 thanks, MR Suites!

The place was clean. Loved the convertible sofa and the large TV with Govee TV backlight. Close to Makati CBD and have lots of great restaurants nearby. Check-in was smooth with the keypad lock. Jeff was very responsive as well when the keypad lock ran out of batteries and promptly replaced it. Will stay here again!

I was honestly worried at first—worried that I might not want to leave! Patrick Jayson’s Airbnb in Timog exceeded all expectations. The location? Almost too convenient. With Tomas Morato just a stone’s throw away, restaurants, ATMs, and convenience stores were practically everywhere, making it dangerously easy to indulge. And the host? Unbelievably accommodating. He let us check in early and check out late, which felt almost too generous. Not to mention, he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and comfortable place in QC, this is definitely the one.
