Vacation rentals with lake access in Manatee River

Only thing I had a problem with is we weren't informed the the bug guy was coming and he let himself in while my wife was there and sacred her a little because she didn't know about it

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andy's Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! The space is incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, making it a perfect retreat. Andy was an outstanding host, taking excellent care of the property and ensuring that everything was in order. Communication was seamless, and he was always available to answer any questions I had. One of the highlights of my stay was the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere of the place. It provided a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in a well-maintained home, this is the spot for you! Thank you, Andy, for a fantastic experience!

This was one of the most beautiful locations we have stayed at. The view from the large screened porch and the little cabana that sits right next to a river. The use of kayaks (a single and tandem) made the trip very memorable. The river feeds into a big lake and can paddle over to a park where they have food, drinks and live music. The beach is a bit of a drive but not terrible. We cooked out on the provided new gas grill. We ran out of gas while cooking late at night and the host went and got a new tank of propane for us. We truly didnt want to leave after 3 nights. Highly recomend for nature lovers. Great spot for fishing too.

This is my second time staying here and perfect as before. Friendly and fast communication. Will stay here again. Has all the amenities you could need. House and pool pristine. Well worth the money. Thank you for making our stay perfect.

First I have to say that the communication was great. The responses were very fast and helpful. As for the place itself, perfect. The view from the patio was great. The pool was the perfect size and the spa was very welcoming after a 20 hour drive. Bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for everyone but still cozy for a small group. Basketball court was a favorite. The exercise equipment was a nice added feature. Overall this home would be a great choice to stay at. Felt like home away from home.

If you are looking for super clean place to stay Stephanie’s place is exactly what you are looking for, all the amenities where top rate and I cannot express how super clean everything was with added touches to make our stay extra special.

My family and I stayed at Oren’s place and we enjoyed our stay. The area was nice and in a convenient location to the water. The only issue we had was some gnats and mosquitoes. I still give Oren’s place 5 stars because he was very responsive, my daughter enjoyed the play area, and there were plenty of essentials within the home which made our stay otherwise very pleasant.

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

Absolutely worth it. We spent time on Manatee Beach, had great dinners at the Ugly Grouper, Anna Maria’s Oyster House and Marina Jacks which was more upscale. The house was super clean and very comfy. Last eve was spent in pool and hot tub. Also owners were responsive to any requests. i would recommend this place and stay again myself. We also rented a catamaran 3 hour tour 😉 at Kathleen D’s. very nice.

This spot was beautiful, the view from all around the living space was amazing. Our hosts greeted us once we got settled and were able to provide us with a lot of different options to spend our mini-vacation. Will definitely be doing our best to return to this amazing piece of paradise.

The condo was immaculately clean! Very comfortable. Very spacious Raymond was very easy to contact & quick with reply when needed!

My sisters and I spent a week here it’s a great location the beach was around the corner ! The pool area is private and very cute just thought it was bigger from the pictures! My only complaint was the livingroom furniture wasn’t comfortable I felt more cozy in the bedroom !

Had a great stay ! Fishing was fun and right across the street Would stay again for sure !

I had the most beautiful time❤️The accommodations were perfect and Kristen is a very gracious host. The settings ideal with a resident horse and cow . There is a grill and a pool and a washer/dryer. The setting is very private and the space is well appointed. Kristen goes out of her way to ensure that a fun, relaxing and memorable time is had. I truly appreciated how pet friendly the property was also. It was beyond perfect😊🌸💕🐴

I absolutely loved the place. The cabins are very simple, but perfectly clean and functional as a place to spend the night. The music each evening was wonderful. The beer and the food was good. The scenery was wonderful. We rented kayaks and went up to linger Lodge. I will definitely go back.

This was our second year of spending a month at Aileen's place. Again, it was so perfect for my husband and I. We did have guests stay for a couple of nights and the air mattress is REALLY nice! Everything about the space is so wonderful. Clean, cute, everything you would need for a month. It is also close to so many beaches (Fort Desoto Park ( our favorite), St. Pete's beach, and Anna Maria Island beaches. It's close to all that Bradenton, St. Petersburg and Sarasota have to offer. We felt right at home the day we arrived and it was hard to say good-bye. We definitely hope to visit again!

Such a cute little spot. Very kid friendly and the beds were comfortable. My son caught his first fish here so precious memories were made. Will definitely be back!

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)

We had a good stay. It was convenient for us and easy access to Sarasota. We took a nice walk at the nearby celery fields park.
