A beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath home in a very quiet neighborhood in NW Bradenton. Quiet hours from 9pm to 7am. This ideal location is minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and IMG academy. Less than a mile to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The house has WIFI and cable TV. Fully stocked kitchen: Pots, pans, utensils, new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Keurig, etc.). New saltwater pool and privacy fenced in back yard. Two stall garage for parking.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This beautiful and comfortable home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an office with a queen sofa bed. One of the bedrooms has double bunkbeds, kids dream bedroom! All furnishings are brand new. Brand new mattresses, sheets & towels. Open plan, huge eat in kitchen with views of the amazing heated pool. Outdoor dining with TV & BBQ. Cleaned professionally after every stay. Boat slip 50 yards away, 20 min from several beaches! Just Relax!
