Place was absolutely beautiful! Maria very accommodating when ask for late check out. This is our home away from home! Water view, peaceful! We just love it! If your looking for tranquility look no further book it now! You won’t be disappointed!!

Stayed for the month and didn’t want to leave! Great location, very clean and beautifully decorated! Clara was very responsive, to the point where she went out of her way to find extra, personal beach chairs when we needed them! I can’t say enough positive comments about our experience.

Great place for the price

We loved our stay at Matthew’s place in Tierre Verde, FL. The host gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. This condo is also very child friendly and made travelling with our 2 year old a breeze. The condo was spotless and fantastic! We will definitely be back!

We had wonderful stay at Kristin’s place, chosen for the convenient location near Eckerd College. It is a very beautiful and peaceful location, with well groomed grounds, numerous royal palms lining the complex, and just a short drive to Passa-Grille Beach and St Pete Beach, as well as Fort de Soto Park. The first time we walked into this beautiful condo, we immediately saw dolphins swimming in the bay! It’s a gorgeous water view where we also saw stingray swimming below and pelicans diving for fish, and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets with boats sailing by. Kristin’s place is extremely clean and comfortable and one of the most well stocked kitchens we’ve had. We appreciated the abundant bath linens, beach towels, chairs and gear, plentiful toiletries and supplies, and all the hooks in bedrooms and baths to hang towels and bathing suits. The gorgeous pool and hot tub were a nice treat to enjoy in the evenings. Kristin responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay again!

John’s place is terrific! Super close to downtown Bradenton, very close to the waterfront, I love the space. The living quarters are spacious and cooly decorated in an eclectic style. It feels very authentic, not cookie-cutter. Plenty of coffee and lots of freezing cold water bottles in the fridge. Also, John was super responsive, I could not find the hairdryer and messaged him to ask where it was, and he immediately replied where I could find it, but offered to bring one over if I could not. I’ll be back!

Loved my stay here, will definitely return!! Check in and check on was very easy. Walking distance to 2 great restaurants and a clean not very busy pool! Right on a marina and the views were spectacular! Room was spotless upon arrival and the many amenities were such an added bonus!!

We had a great time staying at Priya's condo. It looks just like its shown in the pictures. We were down in Lakewood National visting grandparents, and this was the perfect spot for us. A master suite for me & my wife, and two beds in a separate room for the kids. AC+laundry both worked great, and the interior was clean and in good condition. I would stay here again the next time we're in the Bradenton area.

My stay at J & J Island Time was very nice! I parked right at the front door so it was easy to unload the car. The condo was cute and decorated so beachy cute! The living space was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I enjoyed morning coffee sitting under the pergola along the canal and listened to the birds! The location is just 2 miles from Anna Maria Island where I spent a few days enjoying the beach! I even saw a manatee swimming by! There are many restaurants and live entertainment close by! It was a very relaxing get away and I would recommend it to others! Janette was very responsive and helpful!!

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This is the second time I've stayed at Ioulia's. It's well worth the price for the location. It's cute, quiet, clean, and easily accessible. There's so much to do in the area, and I can't wait to come back and stay longer!

Diana’s place is a very comfortable. Very clean, cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, washer and dryer. There is a private barbecue area and a reserved parking space. 10 minutes by car to Siesta Beach and 13 minutes to Turtle Beach. We found a beach umbrella and chairs in the apartment’s closet. Also there is a safe in the bedroom which made us feel protected. We are definitely very happy that we stayed at Diana’s place and can recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Sarasota for the holidays.

I was almost hesitant to leave such an amazing review to keep this gem a secret! It is absolutely perfect, a Madeira treasure. The location is incredible, the host is super friendly and responsive, and there were several thoughtful touches. We will absolutely be back to the Beach Chill, we are forever fans!

Unit is very close to the beach. Lots of beach gear including paddleboard, chairs, umbrella/canopy, beach towels, and cooler. Washer and dryer right in unit make laundry easy. Trolley stop is right across the street. Front bedroom can be a little noisy with the traffic. Overall, had a great stay!

Great stay in Madeira Beach. Very relaxing little town. Loved walking to everything. Fully equipped kitchen which helped us because we love cooking our own food. All the bars and hot spot were so close. Communication was friendly and instructions were clear. House was very clean. Loved the view from balcony.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

Love it! Everything about this place was perfect specially the location. The condo was sparkling clean. Not equipment with small/common kitchen goods like coffee or salt and pepper which I was very surprised but still loved it. Will definitely stay here again.

Both the individual unit and the community/development that it is in contributed to a wonderful five week stay that my wife and I had. We were able to wake up to (or sometimes sleep through) a beautiful view of sunrise over Tampa Bay and often took advantage of that view later in the day having lunch on the patio overlooking the water. The availability of six pickleball courts in the community was a key factor in our decision to rent from Cori, and we used these courts often during our stay. The pool and hot tub were also attractive aspects of the development. We also appreciated the ease of parking right outside Cori's unit, As to the individual unit, the bedrooms were a nice size, with more than adequate closet space. The dining room table for four was quite functional, the living room, with its TV, couch and chairs, provided a comfortable way to spend our evenings when we weren't out. Cori's communication with us was outstanding, from rental through checkout.

This is our 5th time staying here, and the place and location speak for itself. The one thing that takes this place over the top in our opinion is the amazing and friendly hosts, Honestly they have treated us like family and made sure our stay has been amazing and safe. We were there for hurricane Helene and they made sure we were taken care of the whole time. I can’t thank them enough, including Vince who is always on top of everything. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

Firstly we would like to thank Linda for being such a kind, thoughtful and caring host. From the moment I requested to book the apartment to the day we departed she answered any questions we had within minutes. Shorewalk villas is a wonderful complex . The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we loved the proximity of supermarkets etc. Most mornings we went to the beach approximately 15 mins away and spent 4 or 5 hours there (using Linda's beach equipment which is all provided) and then back to Shorewalk where we would relax around the pools. The apartment itself was exactly as shown on photos. . Its in a wonderful position right by the clubhouse and amenities. It's very spacious, comfortable and stylish. The kitchen is very well equipped, 3 very big TVs. Thank you Linda for the treats you provided for us and the well stocked bathrooms. Everything we might have needed was there. We were there for 2 1/2 months so it felt like home. Loved the amazing view with beautiful birds, a gorgeous golf course, and canal that reflected the moonlight. The heated pool is luxurious. There are lots of things to do in the area. The condo has been partially updated but needs some more. Tim was easy to communicate with and made sure our requests were fulfilled. We loved it!
