Guesthouse vacation rentals in Manatee River

Elena and her husband were very gracious and kind, and we felt extremely welcomed from the start. We are moving to the area and Elena’s happy disposition and shining spirit was the perfect welcome to Sarasota, and she was naturally an emotional ambassador for us!!!! She made us feel at home!

This was our second time staying at Lubos pool house. We really enjoyed our stay and are already looking far time to escape back. Great location near restaurants, stores and beaches. Back yard and pool are a dream and very peaceful.

Our second visit in this unit and just as good as the first!! Will be back again!

Absolutely wonderful, charming decor, very peaceful setting with delightful sounds of the fountain...I would definitely stay there again. The neighborhood is perfect, just a two block walk to Tampa Bay and a great place to watch families and dogs frolicking in the water. My daughter is relocating to St. Pete and now I'm considering it also! Thanks, Leigh Ann!

We LOVED our stay! It was easy to find and the neighborhood is very cozy and quiet. Perfect location to all the restaurants and a straight shot to the beach! Paulette was very helpful when it came to recommendations on food and activities! Her providing the umbrella, chairs, and cooler made the day at the beach amazing! The pictures do not do this place justice. Was so clean and decorated! 10/10 recommend. We will be returning!

Bebe's Casa O is at a quiet neighborhood with tranquility all around. Well maintained guest house, clean and cozy with a hospitable host. Looking forward to returning.

I sincerely enjoyed every moment of my stay …I loved the apartment and never felt as though I was wanting for anything. Just as important as my apartment was how lovely the neighborhood and area was ….. it was such a pleasure to go for walks there …. D as o much nature and creativity to be enjoyed ..Im sure I’ll be reflecting on the times I spent at Round Lake every day …. My time in St Petersberg passed far too quickly , and my only regret was that it indeed came to an end and that I had to return to Miami. I believe I felt more at home there than I have anywhere for a long time

Our stay at this loft in Saint Petersburg was fantastic! The space was quiet, comfortable, and incredibly clean and well equiped. The cozy upstairs made it feel extra inviting, and the location couldn’t have been better—just minutes away from great restaurants and shops. The hosts were extremely accommodating and communicative, making the whole experience seamless. If you're looking for a perfect spot to stay in St. Pete, this is it!

We had a great stay! The house is well appointed and comfortable. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently located close to major roads. Pete is a great host! Highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodations in the area!

We loved staying in Andrea’s guest house! The space is adorable and the location is very close to great restaurants and things to do. The beach chairs, umbrella and towels were a life saver since we flew down. She also has 2 bikes that we took out to ride Legacy Trail and to the farmer’s market. The washer/dryer and kitchen items were a huge perk as well. I would absolutely stay here again!!

First thing that stood out was how clean the place was. Very well thought out and efficient space. Host was very responsive, left us a small gift for our anniversary, very thoughtful. We stayed here and drove 25 min to Anna Maria beach. Few good places to eat within 10 minutes too, good value.

The stay was perfect. Very cute place for my son and I. Everything was clean and well kept. Rob was helpful with any questions I had regarding places to go. He even provided me with some beach things to make our trip to the beach easier. Everything was a short drive. Pool was a nice spot for relaxation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lisa’s place in St. Petersburg. The location was an easy drive to the beach, the bay, Central Avenue and more! The Carriage House is so cozy and the backyard oasis is a peaceful spot for morning coffee, reading, etc.

Booked the reservation for grandparents visit and they enjoyed their time.

The Guesthouse provided great accomodations for my trip. Located in a very quiet, peaceful community that has immediate access to shopping, attractions and major highways. It offers a great kitchen and bath, the entire unit sports a fresh renovation. It has its own large dock. Jozsef is a great host. I will return there and recommend it. tschüs

Kay’s home was exactly as described. Very welcoming and homey. The location was great and on street parking was always easily found. Kay is super responsive. I burned a hole in my (casual) wedding dress with the iron three hours before the ceremony-Kay suggested nearby stores and even said that she had a few dresses I could look at. She was an absolutely wonderful host. I would most certainly stay here again. We even met a neighbor walking his dog who was super friendly and personable. Great neighborhood.
