Ashley’s place was amazing. It was thoughtfully stocked and had everything we needed from linens to sunscreen. The home was spotless and Ashley was very attentive during our stay. Me and my family would definitely visit again!!

The check in is simple and check out procedure is so easy (take out trash and start dish washer).

Great place as described. Kids loved the pool and the shade by the pool is 💵💵💵.

This home is well- maintained and has lovely outdoor spaces. The artwork in the home was unique and fun, not cookie-cutter or generic. I loved that. The amenities were just what was needed to prepare meals or enjoy ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with friendly neighbors. Overall, this is a great location and property.

Great place to stay, very clean, spacious, nice pool area and lovely trees/flowers surrounding the pool.. fully equipped kitchen with all and more that is needed during a stay…would recommend.

Tyler’s home is absolutely beautiful, the views are breathtaking. It’s a great home for relaxing, kicking back and enjoy time with family. Our children enjoyed the pool and the dock. Home is very close to everything which is a huge plus. Tyler is a great host, responds quickly and was available to help us out with anything we needed. We loved the home and will definitely be coming back!!

I can't say enough praises about Melinda and our stay at her bungalow. From our first interaction with booking, Melinda was amazing and continued to be troughout our entire stay. She was quick to respond to any questions that arose. She made wonderful recommendations for outings and restaurants. She even allowed me to bring my 3 fur babies which is hard to find and greatly appreciated. She even asked if she should order extra bowls for them. She provided a nice doggie mat for them and made their stay very comfortable which is most important to me. The bungalow was just as pictured and described. It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The bungalow, as mentioned, is on a street but the traffic didn't bother us. At night it was very quite. There is a home across the street with several dogs but the barking wasn't bothersome at all. At night they were very quite. I would definitely stay at Melinda's bungalow again & highly recommend

What a Gorgeous and unique Airbnb. I loved the history behind the house and its tie to the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. It truly felt like a little piece of history. The view out the kitchen window alone was worth the stay. Most peaceful cup of coffee I’ve had in a long time. The beds were comfy, the decor was modern yet meaningful. We partook in the kids game selection. We truly enjoyed our stay. I look forward to our next visit. We even meet and chatted with Wylan on the day of our departure and honestly couldn’t have been a nicer more welcoming host. A big thank you again for opening your home to us!

This is the cleanest airbnb I’ve stayed at. SPOTLESS. Neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. Scott was super friendly and communication was A+++++ Highly recommend Scott’s place.

Place was very clean , smelt good , ice cold a/c which I was a big fan of ! Clear instructions the whole way through and a very easy check in! Next time we are in the St. Pete area we will be staying here again!

Tatsiana was an amazing host! This Airbnb was very charming and we felt right at home! The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean! This listing is great for solo travelers and families alike! Lots of thoughtful additions like bikes, beach chairs, pool floats and beach towels!

This is probably the best house you could stay in! We absolutely loved everything about it, the house is spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped, the beds are super comfy, and the view from the pool is simply breathtaking. The location is also perfect: less than 5 minutes to the grocery store, 10 minutes to restaurants and shopping, and about 30 minutes to some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches. A big plus was the pool service, they even left a note detailing what they had done and how long we should wait before using the pool again. Mergim was extremely supportive, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Thank you so much for having us, we truly enjoyed every moment at this beautiful place. We can absolutely recommend this house and will definitely be back!

Convenient location to the airport and beautiful interior!

Verushka responded to my questions and concerns before our stay in a very timely manner. The home was awesome! Just as described by the pictures. We enjoyed every moment of our stay there. It always makes your stay much more enjoyable when you have an incredibly clean and comfortable place to call home while you are away. That is just how we felt. They thought of all the little details to make our stay more comfortable including the welcome gifts. Loved the coffee bar!! It was stocked very well. What ever you would like. Spacious rooms to move around in. The bed was so comfortable. We also enjoyed the many options of patios and outside furniture to relax on. The grill was new which we had many wonderful dinners on. My sister joined us for five days and she absolutely loved it as well. So in conclusion we would highly recommend this home! Kudos to Verushka and Island Time AMI Rentals! Believe the positive reviews! We had a wonderful six night stay at this New Townhome located close to UTC with plenty of restaurants and shopping very close by. Nathan Benderson Park, Beaches, gyms & downtown Sarasota Bayfront Park & Marina Jack all within a 25min or less drive. Ed was extremely responsive & would answer any questions right away. They provided beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and even an umbrella which was a definite plus. The home was extremely clean and we all felt very much at home. The beds were extremely comfortable and bed linens felt like higher quality & all beds had plenty of pillows. The neighborhood was very quiet with access to a nice community pool which was very close to the unit. My husband and I and our three adult daughters stayed here very comfortably and had plenty of privacy. I would highly recommend this property and host!

I loved staying here.. had our coffee on the porch every morning with a gentle breeze off the trees.. so quiet and tranquil.. the place is so nice and clean and everything including chairs to sit at the beach to use.This is a home away from home.. very comfortable and a great yard if you bring your dog.

We would highly recommend staying here! Jeff and Alycia's beautiful home worked perfectly for our stay, and we would love to stay here again when we visit our family who lives nearby. Their home is Incredibly clean, welcoming, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The view outside is beautiful, and their townhome is located in a great gated community that is close to many restaurants and activities. They were very responsive and friendly and helped make our entire stay very enjoyable. You won't be disappointed!
