Monthly Rentals in Maize

Very nice place with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Nice decorations and was very clean. Worked out great for our family of 6 to stay together instead of in separate hotel rooms. Located in west Wichita close to our planned activities. Had everything we needed for cooking meals and snacks. Would definitely rent it again on our next trip to Wichita.

We had a great stay! House was perfect for myself, my husband, our 1.5 year old and my elderly grandparents. House was equipped with baby gate for stairs (HUGE PLUS), pack and play and toddler toys!! Only thing that could’ve made it better would be if it was ADA accessible; hand rails in the bathrooms and outside stairs, higher toilet in hall bath as these were the issues my grandparents experienced. But all in all a great stay for a great price! Would book again!

Highly recommend for medium lengths stays! Great value with convenient amenities and location. Host was extremely accommodating and proactive.

The duplex was great and very well stocked. It was clean and the fact that we could use the garage was and added bonus!! The beds were very comfortable as well. I wish they would have explained the key code operation as it was not familiar to us, and we ended up locking ourselves out of the duplex in an uncomfortable moment. They did respond and remotely open the garage door for us so we could get back in. I am from Wichita originally, so I was very familiar with the location which was close to friends and relatives which worked out very well. Will definitely try to stay there again on my trip next year. Thanks for being good hosts!!
