Hey dear guests, I am renting out a nice, bright and quiet two-room apartment with balcony. It is located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator. The apartment is 60 square meters, newly renovated and brand new and furnished with love. However, some things like carpets and pictures are still missing at the moment. But it won't be long before the apartment is fully furnished. It is close to the university, and you can also get to the city center quickly.

We took a city trip to Magdeburg with our three children for 3 days. The apartment is great, but is in the second row next to a main road. Glad it was still quiet at night. The neighbors were barely heard. Everything was there. Thanks for the nice apartment! :-)

Our stay was just perfect! The place was exactly as described, clean, well equipped and very cozy. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and we felt right at home from the beginning. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Even before our arrival we had a very nice contact, and during our stay the host was always available if we had any questions. Check in and out was quick and easy. Particularly noteworthy is the attention to detail in the accommodation. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on comfort and a feel-good atmosphere. I felt right at home. The beautiful castle and the cozy room have an exceptionally good energy, very quiet and peaceful, very clean, with room scent, delicate bedding, great shower and small practical kitchen. A romantic architecture and decor. I was also able to enjoy the Bodetal spa (2 min walk), in the evening after the hikes. The magnificent area connected to this fantastic place made my short trip something very special.

Very nice and private area. The apartment is also very nice and stretches over 3 floors. In summer, it is a bit warm in the apartment, which you can eliminate with ventilation, and otherwise there is also a whirlpool available. I'd love to come back when the apartment is available!

So for me, this apartment is the absolute secret. Supermarkets, bakers, bank, everything within walking distance. I was able to march directly into the countryside with the dog. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. I've rarely felt so welcomed. I would also like to thank you again for the hospitality.
