Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Maestrazgo

Old beautifully converted farmhouse in the mountains. The paths go through the olive groves. The paths to shopping are long. For this, you will be compensated by peace and surroundings. Just right to relax.

My wife and I needed a quiet place, in the middle of nature but inside a small hamlet, and Gabriel's cabin brought together the features we were looking for. In addition, many walks could be taken from right there, no need to take the car. We had a really nice few days!

We had a wonderful holiday in Juan's home. It is located 2 min walk from a small family beach and other coves within walking distance where we were able to indulge in family snorkeling. We were also able to enjoy the pleasant pool in the house between two swimming at sea. Calafat is a quiet town on the Costa Dorada basically made of houses but with a small grocery store and restaurant all the same, far from the hustle and bustle of the Costa Brava and its tall buildings, which totally suited what we wanted. We still spent a day visiting Barcelona (at 1h30) and of course a day in Port Aventura (30 min). The children were delighted. The house has all the comforts you need, including fans in the bedrooms on the ceiling, which was much appreciated at night.Juan was responsive and friendly during our communications and Ana, who welcomed us on our arrival, very friendly. Very nice place to relax, unwind and connect to nature. The surroundings are so beautiful. Ana was so attentive and helpful!

The house was very clean, in a very quiet area and fully equipped. The surroundings are fantastic and it is also a low light impact area and we enjoyed the amazing aurora.

It was a fantastic experience,well hubicato, it was not necessary to touch the car,to return without hesitation

We had such a great time! I don't even know where to start. The casita is small, very cozy and lies in the middle of paradise. When the sun was shining, it was wonderfully warm, the cold in February then got to us a bit, but you have to adjust to that :) I lost my heart to Mitsy, the farm cat, and spent half the time cuddling in front of the house. (Give her a big hug from me) We are so infinitely glad that we discovered this gem! It is all rudimentarily equipped, which was perfect for us, the hiking trails are easy to access, and the nature breathtaking. Everyone on the farm was so kind and warm.

Our family had a lovely stay in Eva's house. The village is absolutely charming, with friendly and helpful locals. And the house is beautiful and comfortable, with spectacular views. Even though it was raining the whole time we were there, we had plenty to entertain ourselves at home and within the village, with some great family-friendly activities we were invited to take part in. I also appreciated how responsive Eva and Eli were, and how they made us feel at home. Thanks for hospitality, we hope to be back again one day!

Begoña was a wonderful host, she explained everything we needed upon arrival and recommended the most beautiful areas to visit, the most outstanding mountain routes as well as places to eat. The apartment had everything you need and our stay was very comfortable. The combination of mountains and beautiful villages is a great success.

Marianne has been pending on everything from us. For the activities we want to do it was very well located and easily accessible. We found ourselves at ease.

Ivan's service was unbeatable. We had a personal emergency and had to cancel before the end of the entire stay and he was understanding and provided solutions. We will definitely be back, because we were delighted with the house and the surrounding area. The house has everything you need to disconnect for a few days. The kitchen is very well-equipped, we didn't want for anything. The living room with the fireplace makes it very cozy. Nearby there are many towns to visit and if one day you don't feel like taking the car you also have routes that leave the town. Thank you very much for everything and see you soon!

The apartment is great, it's very spacious and has everything. The interaction with Vasily was perfect, everything was easy on his part and he was always ready to help. To mention one "drawback", access to the underground garage floor is quite narrow, but with patience you can manage it. I accessed it with a van. Highly recommended!

The stay was very pleasant, Inma was very kind, at all times she resolved any questions, we had a quick breakfast ready when we arrived at the apartment, a lot of games for any age, many details for various needs (mini crib, high chair, sled, snow shovels etc...) nothing was missing! It's the closest apartment to the slopes, 10 minutes away. Thank you so much for everything! See you next time!

A very quiet place, easy access in downtown. We felt comfortable, communication with Francisco is very good and fast.

An absolutely beautiful flat and amazing location right above the cliffs and the beach. Very quiet, especially at night with nothing but the sound of crickets and the waves under a starry sky! Couldn't have asked for more in that regard. However, there are not a lot of local amenities. Be warned, you will need to drive to access most things from here, including bars and restaurants. We thought there would be some options on foot but discovered L'Ametlla is over 2 hours walk away! May have been that we were slightly off season, but you will need to taxi or drive to anything other than the beach. Would be ideal if you are happy to self cater though. We decided to cut our stay shorter than originally planned and the host was so helpful and responsive which was a huge blessing! We are very grateful we got to experience this little paradise.

Isabel and Santi are very nice and attentive hosts. They live just below and are for all the questions that come up. The place is amazing!!! It is beautifully conditioned for cold and heat. It has all the necessary utensils, the bed is very comfortable and the jacuzzi and views are unbeatable. The car can be parked at the gate and there are a couple of restaurants in the village. We will repeat for sure!!!

We were a group of 5 couples. Ideal for bathroom availability in all rooms. The decor is very nice, not modern but special. The very nice environment with many corners. The host was very friendly, so much for you.

The whole family went to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday and we were very comfortable, the house is super clean and cozy, which makes you feel right at home. Marcos is a great host, he answers questions super quickly and kindly, he is always attentive. We'd go back without a doubt!!

A beautiful house where we felt comfortable in any weather. In the glazed veranda, wind and January coolness can be enjoyed wonderfully. With a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms are inviting, tastefully furnished. In the kitchen there is everything necessary, with sufficient and decorative dishes. Due to the 2 levels, there are good retreats. We loved spending our time in and around the house. Thanks to Eelco and Ariane !

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The hosts welcomed us in a very friendly manner and had many excursion, restaurant and weekly market tips in the house for us. They were always available and responded quickly. The surroundings were very quiet and the property very private and not visible. Nevertheless, the house is so centrally located that you can reach many great beaches in the area by car. We also made day trips to Barcelona and Valencia. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the complex was exactly as described. We had great evenings on the beautiful terrace under the olive tree. There were a lot of mosquitoes, but even the hosts thought of that and there was mosquito spray in the house. The pool was very cold but still lured us to swim. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend the house!

We were 4 adults with a 4-month-old baby and a dog (German Shepherd). We were looking for tranquility, sun and shade. And in this house we were able to find what we were looking for. We're leaving with regret and we're not ruling out coming back 😊 The pool was sunny practically all day long, and with a very nice walk you can get to l'Almadrava beach. Ruben is a very kind and thoughtful host! Thank you very much!!😄
