I had a great stay at Nicole’s place. It was just as described and I had everything that I needed. I enjoyed the trees and greenery around the house and porch, which created a very private feel. The house was very comfortable and cozy. I also really appreciated the details in the decor. Communication was great! I would stay again if ever in the Fresno area!

This house is everything that is described in the pictures. Silvia is a wonderful host. She made the whole process welcoming and super easy. Most places, they want you to clean it before you leave. Hence strip the bed, put it in the laundry room, do the dishes. I would for sure without a doubt stay here again and again, and again. Perfect in every way.

When I arrived, I was skeptical because it was so dark, but every time I turned the light on, I was impressed with more and more beautiful things to look at inside the home as well as the layout of the property. I was extremely happy with the house. I liked how the rooms are evenly spaced out giving all guests the privacy and comfortability that they deserve. I was impressed with the master bedroom & bathroom since it had a door leading to the backyard. I was also impressed with with the amenities like the water softener and filter, air conditioner that was more than efficient enough for the space, the front living room and large TV and the big window and the option of using the blackout curtains when we felt like having some privacy and most importantly, all that his kitchen had to offer. He was also thoughtful enough to surprise us with a little gift to say thank you for booking with him. I would book with this host again and would recommend to all.

Apartment was great and a comfy place to stay for two nights. Ann was a responsive and proactive host. The air bnb is close to the highway for convenience but there was minimal road noise and it offered a peaceful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Stormy’s place! The property was exactly as described, with clear instructions that made everything easy. The place was nice and cozy, providing the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. The location was great, with restaurants within walking distance, making dining out super convenient. Plus, the view with the snow was absolutely amazing! Stormy and Tori were fantastic hosts—always responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. What truly made the stay special was how much it felt like home. Stormy and Tori had thoughtfully kept every little daily essentials. It was clear that they put a lot of effort into making guests feel welcome. Everything about our stay was worth it, from the comfort of the home to the overall experience. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Erika is a great host ! This was my third time staying at her air BNB and she’s always clear with instructions and very responsive to our needs ..

We really enjoyed our time here. We loved that the kitchen had different spices to cook. we stayed mainly to visit Yosemite. Sherri had several Yosemite information books available too. The entrance to Yosemite is about 30 min. Sherri is a great host, she accommodated beforehand for a setup I needed. Thank you. Ps. If you are a light sleeper, then the noises from the people on the second floor might wake you up. Overall recommended.

Phil and Lisa's place is such a gem. The best part about the property was the outdoor space. We enjoyed having breakfast on the patio and walking through the gardens in the morning. We had everything we needed and Lisa and Phil were extremely friendly and very responsive. They gave us great recommendations on things to do in the area and were quick to respond anytime we needed something. It was the perfect place to stay for our group of four exploring Yosemite and Sequoia. Highly recommend!

Sally's place was a great home-base for skiing at china peak mountain, about 30 minutes away. we loved the place, it was large, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches with coffee, lotion, extra blankets etc. The home was cozy warm and we would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice place and such a wonderful atmosphere. The home is so nice and just very homey. Easy check in, has all the utensils you’ll need, and easy to get to Yosemite! The Smokehouse Grille next door is so nice! It was easy to communicate with Terri!

Steve’s place was outstanding. We had a wonderful stay and I really hope it’s available next time we’re in Fresno. Steve had the place very well stocked, and it felt like home. The extra attention to details to welcome us was very appreciated. The added security of being in a gated complex was also reassuring. Communication was top notch. I give Steve my highest recommendation!!

Terry’s place was great, exactly what we needed. We were originally booked at an RV stay and an hour before check in they let us know that the shower was broken. We have a toddler and I was frantically trying to find a place nearby Bass Lake and luckily Terry accepted my reservation quickly and took us in! It was like a five star hotel compared to what we were going to be in! I’ve managed and cleaned airbnb’s for years and they thought of everything here. Lots of cute little touches and things for our son to play with, as well as coffee and creamer and little treats, and I really appreciated those extra touches. The only thing that bums me out is when we have to ‘clean’ up before check out… strip the beds, unload the dishwasher, take the trash out, etc. in my opinion that’s what cleaners and property managers are for, not guests, but that doesn’t take away from the nice house and experience we had here. Thank you!

Stayed 5 nights with my husband and 2 teen boys. Cabin was well stocked, including firewood, toiletries, and kitchen necessities. The Christmas Tree was a lovely touch! Appreciated the responsiveness from Amanda, she made our stay extremely comfortable and we loved being 35 minutes from China Peak! ❄️🏂⛷️ Would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

This is our second time staying here and we love it. The place is spacious, comfy and clean. It’s right across the street from Save Mart Center and just a rocks throw away from some of the best tri-tip in the valley at Dog House Grill. The restaurant downstairs - Don Pepe’s - is also fantastic and convenient. We look forward to returning soon. If you’re staying in Fresno for a few days and need an excellent base of operations I’d suggest you book this place while you can.
