Family-friendly vacation rentals in Madera

Perfect stay for our small family! We recommend this cabin for your stay in Oakhurst. The cabin had everything we needed and the hosts were fantastic. The cabin is located only 9 minutes from Bass Lake and only 20 minutes from Chukchansi Casino. Bass Lake was covered in snow so we were able to drive to snow safely. So much fun! The cabin provided some sleds and other outdoor toys. Lots of board games and books inside. They provided several space heaters that helped a lot since the cabin was very cold. Thank you again for a great vacation with my family, Gailyn & Adam.

We would book again for our construction crew when we come back out!

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were super comfy, the living room had plenty of nice furniture to choose from, we loved the vaulted wood ceiling. Temperature was easy to control. The hot tub was easy to access and worked just right. Plenty of space in the house. Good wi-fi. Close to town and also a 15-20 minute drive to get into Yosemite. Good location to use as a base to multiple days in the park.

Great overall. Easy self check-in. Flexible with early check-ins as well as check outs. Backyard isn’t as private due to low fence line, but inside house is pretty secure and safe.

What a great location! Short drive to Yosemite, and close to restaurants. We loved the fireplace and hot tub. Highly recommend!

The house is amazing. Tony and Joyce were very kind, responsive, and helpful hosts. We visited for our annual father/son trip and couldn't have been more happy. The outdoor cooking set up is great (gas + charcoal BBQ, blackstone, traeger)! Highly recommend. We will be back in the future.

Spent a quick overnight here with my boyfriend as we were visiting the beautiful restaurant Chateau du Sureau for date night. The space was clean and looked like the pictures. and the hot tub was a fantastic addition to our date night. Had a wonderful stay. will keep this place in my back pocket for the future.

Our second stay in this home in three months. Lovely home, beautiful setting. Six people overnight, plus two day guests (who live in the area), and the house works perfectly and is comfortable. Hosts are terrific and accommodating. Glad we were able to come back!

Going to stay for a funeral I forgot my toothbrush and this place saved me had unopened extras you could think of ! Very nice and cozy place inside and out we will definitely stay there again , very close to main market place , mall and all restaurants, Costco very

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful mountain cabin! The view from the deck was absolutely breathtaking perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset. It felt peaceful, private, and like a true escape into nature. Heather was responsive and made check in easy. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Chuck's and Ursula's place is a beautiful, peaceful oasis. We always try to stay here when visiting family in the area. Although we still haven't used the pool, it looks soooo tempting!

This was an absolutely lovely space, a beautiful home and outdoor area for a family to really get together and have a great time. There was gym equipment for my grandson,, basketball, cornhole, a huge pool and tons of cabana space, a grill and a hot tub. We played with the giant checkerboard as well as the giant connect four and just had an amazingly peaceful and relaxing time together to connect and have fun. The garage with the game room was the icing on the cake, we played ping-pong and air, hockey and pool, I can’t think of a better place a group of teenagers and actually be able to have fun with them, I’m so glad we decided to vacation together here.

This is our second time staying with Robert & Sarah and again enjoyed our stay. Both Robert and Sarah were very attentive and made sure we have everything we needed for an awesome stay. We really enjoyed swimming and picking and eating peaches. Looking forward to staying again and hopefully seeing the river flowing on our next stay.
