Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Maddalena archipelago

We spent an absolutely wonderful time at “Seaview Villa” with our extended family. The pictures really don’t do the villa justice - the house is gorgeous with lots of charme and coziness and the view and garden are simply breathtaking. In a short walk you reach a gorgeous beach with the clearest water imaginable and Porto Cervo and the surrounding area offer a nice variety for dinner and day trips. In general, it is very recommendable to have a car to get around the island. The communication with Valeria and Francesco was great, they were super helpful, nice and very easy to reach. Valeria gave us some awesome tips for trips, restaurants and shopping during our stay - thank you so much! Check-in and -out with Consuelo were also extremely nice and flexible, thanks you! We definitely hope to be back soon!

Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! Thank for having us!

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

My mum and I felt right at home at Giovanna's. Giovanna was very friendly and always responded quickly (: The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures and very spacious! The kitchen is super equipped and the furnishings are modern and nicely decorated. The nearest beach is only a 5 minute walk away. There are mosquitoes on site, but there are mosquito nets on all the windows and citronella anti-mosquito coils if you want to sit outside. So the mosquitoes didn't bother us and we slept very well. We also really liked the area, it's very quiet and the beautiful Spiaggia di Bassa Trinita is only 2 minutes away by car. But with a short walk you also have a nice view of the islands of Spargi, Budelli and co and access to other small beaches that are more sheltered from the wind. We really enjoyed our stay at Giovanna's!

Beautiful, modern apartment, nicely decorated, great views of the harbour. The air condition (heating) in the living room was out of service. From the parking to the apartment there are several meters and 50 steps up. In the village, there are several supermarkets, without a car.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

We had a very nice stay. We particularly appreciated the quiet location and the beautiful garden. You could walk to the beach in a few minutes. Restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. Those who come for kitesurfing or wind/wings surfing have it very close to the corresponding spots. The accommodation is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the area by rental car. You can easily park outside the house. Communication was flawless and very accommodating. We will come back very gladly!

Extremely kind hosts and willing to help and advise for practical things, such as parking, garbage collection... the accommodation is very clean, with plenty of sheets, towels, even beach towels, equipped with pots and utensils in abundance. The apartment has two entrances, a small terrace where you can pleasantly spend your time, the fantastic location, one of the most popular on the island, above Cala Gavetta, a marina that is a real treat just a step away from the historic center. I would definitely come back.

We can only confirm the other reviews. Clean and comfortable apartment in a lovely place! Wonderful sunsets and beautiful beaches just a few minutes' walk or car. The market in front is very comfortable with quality products also for breakfast, sandwiches, etc. We had a great time and thank you Olena and Giuseppe for their exquisite welcome! Well-located apartment, to discover the beauties of the area. Supermarket and many restaurants nearby. Close to the port to visit the Maddalena Nature Reserve. We enjoyed our stay and the ease with which we were able to access the apartment!

The accommodation is perfect as it is located in a quiet area and close to the beach and downtown. The village is beautiful and has many restaurants and bars. As for the place it has everything you need. The refrigerator is a little small and the sofa bed a little uncomfortable but in terms of cleanliness everything is great. The terrace is huge and there is a pool. There are linens and linens to spare for everyone. The bathroom is spacious with hairdryer. The hostess gives us food and drinks as soon as we arrive and she recommended many places to visit. She was very kind to us and very attentive. Thank you very much for everything

We had a great stay at Ghislaine's. The apartment is very comfortable, ideally located in the middle of the maquis and facing Bonifacio. The sunsets are beautiful. We'll come back to it for sure.

Federica is wonderful and so helpful. It is my third time staying in this complex and I have loved it every time.

This was our first time in Golfo Di Aranci and we made the best decision staying at this airbnb. The place itself is clean, spacious and the view is absolutely unbeatable. It’s located steps away from a beautiful beach where you can rent chairs (as well as a restaurant with food and drinks) or just hang out on the sand. It’s also a short walk from a market, take away food place and one of the best pizza restaurants I’ve ever had. I highly recommend renting a car (there is a garage parking spot included) to drive to nearby pristine beaches or other areas of Sardinia. The best part by far was the responsiveness and helpfulness from the two fantastic hosts Luigi and Duke. They provided every recommendation you could possibly need for an amazing trip. Thank you for everything and we will be back one day!

Oh, previous review was for another house ... Now the right one: The apartment is completely ok with private parking 5m from the house. The location is perfect (150m to the center) and very quiet during our vacation time. The large "Ahhhhh" comes on the private rooftop terrace. The view is great and we enjoyed some bottles of Sardinian red wine there. Overall clear recommendation ! Karin&Robert

Beautiful condo convenient to Porto Cervo. Having two bathrooms was very convenient, and the size is large. Very well decorated with lots of local tips. Parking is nearby for free, laundry was nice to have, snacks provided were a nice touch. The Retro restaurant around the corner is a lovely spot for dinner.

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

We had a great time at Alessandro's who is very welcoming, friendly. Very clean, modern, well-equipped accommodation with sea view terrace. Alessandro, his wife and daughter Irene are very responsive, they gave us good advice for restaurants, places to visit nearby I really recommend this listing. See you soon

We love the place. It had plenty of space for the four of us. The department is right above a wonderful restaurant. And walking distance to many restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the northern part of Sardinia, overall just a great experience experience.
