Townhome vacation rentals in Maddalena archipelago

We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful house!!! It is place to feel comfortable!! The location just a few meters from an idyllic bay!! Pure nature... we didn't miss anything!!! Kitchen is super equipped!!! The terrace invites you to relax !!! A heartfelt thank you to Maddalena for having such a lovely time in Conca Verde!!!! The contact was great !! Maddalena contacted us before arrival... everything was well explained and even during the stay she was always available for us!!! We would love to come back!!!!

Thank you for pleasant experience! Any questions were answered quickly, we had everything we needed (kitchen tools, enough towels, even baby bed and baby seat). There is beautiful beach near (5min walk) and many more quickly reachable by car. We can only recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Miriam's Casetta Rossa in San Pantaleo. Miriam sent us a very detailed folder a few days before containing all details regarding the house and surroundings in San Pantaleo and Costa Smeralda. The arrival was very flexible with independent and safe check-in. The house is perfect, even better than on pictures and very well equipped. The view is absolutely stunning on the rocks of San Pantaleo, with a very pleasant balcony - you can have breakfast in the sunshine while lunching and dining in the shade with the pinky hues of the rocks in the sunset. It is a very peaceful neighbourhood but the heart of the village is located 5 mins walking, and there is ample space to park in front of the house with a dedicated spot. Miriam really cares about offering hosts a perfect stay and was very reactive if we had something to ask. Thank you Miriam for a truly wonderful stay. Caroline

An exceptional house in an idyllic setting! As soon as you enter the courtyard of Marina's house, a holiday atmosphere overwhelms you… a real cocoon in which you feel so good inside and out, and what's more in a beautiful setting! Marina is a very responsive and caring host, and the hosting with Anna was perfect.

Relaxing stay with everything you need! Good basic amenities and lovely that the resort still has a little shop!

Excellent stay. Very warm welcome from Alisson. The accommodation is nice, pleasant and functional, the outside is well laid out and shaded. The only small downside if we have to find one: only the main room is air-conditioned. The residence is peaceful, offers a beautiful view of the mountains and a beautiful pool. We had a fun time!

Great place for a couple, the terrace is perfect. The studio is small but you don’t miss anything :) Be prepared that in case you come in the summer months, the place will get very warm- there is a celling and a standing fan, no AC. We checked-in quite late and had to pick up the keys, towels, and bedding from a neighbor; we had to make the bed ourselves which was not ideal, especially coming late at night. There was also no toilet paper. The kitchen was well-equipped. There is a grocery store ~200m from the place which is great. There seems to be a party in the distance almost every night, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper :) (not a crazy noise but you can hear it for sure)

I spent 1 week with 2 families and the grand-parents and it was perfect. The place is clean, and standing, and the view is astonishing! Catherine was a great host and really communicative! Really encourage this place!

Great experience, modern apartment,nice and well cared for,in a great location. Then there is the pool, what to say......not from everyone,always clean and practically inside the house. You can easily reach the center on foot in a few minutes on foot. Mr. Ornella is always available as well as Mr. Vito . Recommended and repeatable experience.

The place exceeded our expectations! The location is absolutely perfect, and Linda was incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible. We couldn't have asked for a better host. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Very nice contact to Cristina even before reference, good information about accessibility, nice tips about the area and food. Very flexible for check-in and check-out (certainly depending on occupancy). Impeccable equipment, large fridge, small freezer on top, air conditioning and even heater. Plenty of closet space and hangers in the bathroom, even a washing machine. Sun on the terrace only in the evening but certainly pleasant at hot time. Large covered terrace and practically another front garden to read in the sun through the parking lot. We will be happy to come back.

As always, everything's great. We needed a handyman - was called right away - everything quickly arranged .

We had a lovely time in May at Mauro's place. On foot, you can reach the paradise beach with an inviting beach bar in about 25 minutes. On the way you pass a small village center with shops, restaurants and a playground. Bruna welcomed us warmly, was always immediately available during our stay and also came by when checking out. The village was still empty in May and we were the only ones in the row of houses, so it was very quiet. Parking is available behind the house.

Mrs. Virginia was professional, clear in her communication and very friendly. The house was a positive surprise for the location, the terrace overlooking the sea and the entire house practically new. Highly recommended.
