Townhome vacation rentals in Maddalena archipelago

Angela est une hôte proactive, qui donne des indications claires, elle a été flexible par rapport à notre arrivée. Angela est très accueillante et sympathique, elle a même offert un petit présent pour les enfants. L’appartement est très propre, tout le nécessaire y est, y compris tous les accessoires de cuisine ( tire bouchon, ouvre bouteille, louche, cuillères en bois, casseroles, poêles, théière, machine à café, liquide vaisselle …) de salle de bain, le linge de lit et du rangement suffisant pour les affaires de 4 personnes . Il fait un peu chaud à l’étage mais un ventilateur est à disposition. L’extérieur est très agréable, équipé de tables et de chaises, une balançoire, un hamac. Il y a même un barbecue, du charbon et une cuisine extérieure. La piscine est très proche de la maison, elle est propre et généralement peu fréquentée le matin, l après midi il y a un peu plus de monde mais elle est assez spacieuse et nous n’avons jamais manqué de place. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht!!! Es ist ein Ort zum wohlfühlen!! Die Lage nur wenige Meter von einer idyllischen Bucht entfernt!! Natur pur … es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!!! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet!!! Die Terrasse lädt zum entspannen ein !!! Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Maddalena, dass wir so eine schöne Zeit in Conca Verde verbringen konnten!!!! Der Kontakt war super !! Maddalena kontaktierte uns schon vor der Ankunft… alles war bestens erklärt und auch während des Aufenthaltes war sie jederzeit für uns erreichbar!!! Wir würden sehr gern wieder kommen!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Miriam's Casetta Rossa in San Pantaleo. Miriam sent us a very detailed folder a few days before containing all details regarding the house and surroundings in San Pantaleo and Costa Smeralda. The arrival was very flexible with independent and safe check-in. The house is perfect, even better than on pictures and very well equipped. The view is absolutely stunning on the rocks of San Pantaleo, with a very pleasant balcony - you can have breakfast in the sunshine while lunching and dining in the shade with the pinky hues of the rocks in the sunset. It is a very peaceful neighbourhood but the heart of the village is located 5 mins walking, and there is ample space to park in front of the house with a dedicated spot. Miriam really cares about offering hosts a perfect stay and was very reactive if we had something to ask. Thank you Miriam for a truly wonderful stay. Caroline

Séjour très agréable, la plage est à 150 m de la maison, nous avions une vue magnifique sur la mer ( Andrea pensez à tailler votre haie, car bientôt on ne verra plus la mer. 😉) La maison sent le propre, et on trouve tout le nécessaire. Notre hôte parlait français ce qui nous a grandement arrangé. Le lotissement était plutôt calme , ( c était fin septembre) et contrairement à chez nous le soir on pouvait manger dehors sans être agressé par les moustiques . Je recommande cette location.

Casa molto bella e accogliente, in una buona posizione da cui si possono raggiungere a piedi diversi supermercati e il centro; a pochi minuti di macchina dalle bellissime spiagge. Casa completa di tutto, con doccia molto ampia e un comodo spazio all'aperto per poter mangiare e rilassarsi. Elena è stata molto gentile e veloce nelle risposte, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il check-in e per le varie attrazioni da visitare sull'isola. In un futuro ci torneremo sicuramente!

We have truly found super our stay in Punta Marana. Such a great place with a lot of amenities and a really easy access to the beach. Very close and well connected to Porto Rotondo as well, this place is in a strategic position for a long stay in Sardinia. Elisabetta is a great host.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt mit allem was es dazu benötigt! Gute Grundaustattung und schön, dass das Resort noch einen kleinen Laden besitzt!

Excellent séjour. Accueil très chaleureux d’Alisson. Le logement est joli, agréable et fonctionnel, l’extérieur est bien aménagé et ombragé. Le seul petit bémol si on doit en trouver un: seule la pièce principale est climatisée. La résidence est paisible, offre une très belle vue sur les montagnes et une piscine magnifique. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Great place for a couple, the terrace is perfect. The studio is small but you don’t miss anything :) Be prepared that in case you come in the summer months, the place will get very warm- there is a celling and a standing fan, no AC. We checked-in quite late and had to pick up the keys, towels, and bedding from a neighbor; we had to make the bed ourselves which was not ideal, especially coming late at night. There was also no toilet paper. The kitchen was well-equipped. There is a grocery store ~200m from the place which is great. There seems to be a party in the distance almost every night, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper :) (not a crazy noise but you can hear it for sure)

Nous avons vraiment apprécié la maison. Il y a beaucoup d'espace, beaucoup de lumière, une terrasse ombragée l'après-midi. La maison est meublée avec goût, très bien equipée et confortable, parfaitement située sur le quai. Propreté impeccable. Christelle, qui nous a accueilli, a été formidable et attentionnée ; il a été très facile de communiquer. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons vivement l'endroit. Appartement en RDC avec piscine en accès direct. Parking privée. Tout en étant situé ds le centre ville (supermarché a 2 pas), la propriété est très calme. L'appartement est très propre avec tout le nécessaire pr passer des vacances agréables. Ornella est très réactive aux messages. Je recommande cette location. Rapport qualité prix irréprochable.

The house looks even better in person than in the photos! It has a lovely backyard where you can hang towels to dry, and from the terrace, you get a partial view of the sea and the mountains—a really nice touch. Each bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay super comfortable. There are 2–3 beaches within walking distance, but it's even more convenient by car—only about a 5-minute drive. A special thanks to Anna Lisa for her warm hospitality, helpful tips, and kindness. She really made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Nous avons adoré cet établissement, le cadre est vraiment serein, notamment la terrasse avec c'est lumière tamisées, nous avons passé d'agréables moments en famille. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes techniques à notre arrivée (ce qui arrivent partout et à tout le monde) mais Linda a su être très réactive et à fait le nécessaire pour régler ces désagréments. Je le recommande à coup sur.

Sehr netter Kontakt zu Cristina schon vor Bezug, gute Info zur Erreichbarkeit, nette Tips zur Umgebung und zum Essen. Sehr flexibel zum Check in und out (sicherlich je nach Belegung). Einwandfreie Ausstattung, großer Kühlschrank, kleiner Gefrierschrank on top, Klimaanlage und sogar Heizlüfter. genügend Schrankraum und Hänger im Bad, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Sonne auf der Terrasse nur am Abend aber zur heißen Zeit sicher angenehm. Große überdachte Terrasse und durch den Parkplatz praktisch noch ein Vorgarten zum in der Sonne lesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wie immer alles top. Wir brauchten einen Handwerker - wurde sofort gerufen - alles schnell geregelt .

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Mai in der Unterkunft von Mauro. Zu Fuß erreicht man im in ca. 25 Minuten den Paradiesstrand mit einladender Strandbar. Auf dem Weg kommt man an einer kleinen Dorfmitte mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und einem Spielplatz vorbei. Bruna hat uns herzlich begrüßt, war während unseres Aufenthaltes immer sofort zur Stelle und kam auch beim auschecken vorbei. Das Dorf war im Mai noch leer und wir waren die einzigen in der Hausreihe, daher hatten wir es sehr ruhig. Hinterm Haus kann geparkt werden.

Logement avec un extérieur superbe, fait pour vivre dehors . Lieu de vacances au calme tout en étant près des plages. Les conseils et recommandations de Claudio sont précieux. A conseiller sans hésiter.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Porto Rotondo. Francesca war eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und sehr bemüht. Die Villa Elisa ist zentral in Porto Rotondo gelegen und man kann sehr gut die tollen Strände in der Umgebung mit dem Auto erreichen.
