Vacation rentals with a patio in Maddalena archipelago

Ludovica's apartment is great, no complaints, everything is perfect, cleanliness, location. Ludovica communicates with her hosts, making sure everything goes smoothly. The apartment is modern, very well-equipped. We spent 9 days with 2 teenagers. If we return to Sardinia, we will definitely return to Ludivica's.

Our stay at Wolfgan and Valentina's Airbnb in Sardinia was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with exceptional warmth and hospitality. They are amazing hosts, always ready to help with anything we needed, and made us feel right at home. Their kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference in our experience. The house is beautiful, just like in the photos. Everything was spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, which made us feel very comfortable from the start. Every corner of the house is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring northern Sardinia. It is strategically situated, allowing us to easily visit the nearby beaches and towns. Without a doubt, we will stay here again the next time we visit the island. Daniele was a very responsive and helpful host! Location was great with an easy walk to the port and town. On a busier street but cute patio looking out on the water! House was very clean but it is warm in the summer with no AC. Would stay again!

The accommodation was even nicer than we could have imagined! The cottage is in a beautiful place in a very quiet area, yet the beach and villages are close by. The stay has all the comforts, you won't be short of anything as a guest. We were most likely to be found in the lovely garden with many different seating areas to relax and unwind. We would love to come back to Sardinia and definitely this place! 🌞 Maria is a warm hostess who thinks along and responds quickly to questions. Recommended!

We had fantastic days at Marco's place. It's a really nice house with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Sara welcomed us nicely and gave many tips. It is quietly located and within walking distance of the harbor. Perfect!

The villa is perfect! We stayed in April and it was spotlessly clean, very well appointed and the garden is delightful, with two lovely spaces to eat to make the most of sun or shade depending on the weather. It’s a very short walk to a lovely little beach (ideal for sunsets) and a short drive or walk to the town, which has a great pizza takeaway plus other food/drink options and a good supermarket. We are a family (3 adults, 2 kids) and had lots of space and the children loved the garden. The area is fabulous, we spent a day in La Madellena islands (stunning) and a day in Santa Teresa Gallura, both highly recommended. Locally, the coastline is amazing with so many beaches to explore. Communication very simple with the host. We would definitely come again and it was very pleasant (and quiet) in early April.

A fantastic place to stay with your family or a group of friends. The house has all the comforts. Clearly attention has been paid to a nice decor inside and outside. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The host Nadine responds quickly and kindly to questions and gives tips for restaurants and excursions. A car is highly recommended. We had a great time!

We had high expectations, which were met -- and topped! The historical house is so beautifully and well renovated. We were so grateful for the terrific climate system, complete with warmed floors, which were particularly nice since we met a fair amount of cool weather and rain during our trip. The garden is tidy and expansive and redolent of rosemary; we enjoyed having meals at the large covered table on the front terrace and reading and relaxing on the outside chairs. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating of our arrival and departure times, and also met us with food and drinks even beyond essentials to help us have a great start to our vacation. It was very easy to feel right at home. I could list any number of other details, about the house and our hosts' hospitality, but suffice it to say that we had an excellent stay and would recommend it wholeheartedly!

We had a pleasant stay at Francesco's place, the view and the environment are beautiful and our host always responded present. Please know that out of season there are many restaurants and services closed, but if you go there to find calm, you will be served!

Very nice and clean flat in quiet, yet central location. Close to the port and beaches of Palau.

The place was well equipped and had a nicely covered terrace overlooking the sea. The hosts were very helpful, quick to respond, and gave us tips on the best beaches and restaurants in the area. The neighborhood was quiet, the store was within a 10-minute walk. On the day of checkout, the host also offered us a ride with suitcases to the station. We didn't miss anything, I would definitely recommend 👍

Tommaso was very welcoming, helpful and available. He answered all our requests very quickly and fully.

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

We had a wonderful time in Giulia's apartment. Dreamy beaches are nearby, each just a short car ride away. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the view from the terrace is beautiful! Giulia was always available and very accommodating!
