We simply love this place. It was our third time staying there and that’s speaks for itself.

We had a great stay here. The place was even nicer than we expected and Graziella was a friendly and responsive host. I would recommend having a car if staying here - which we did so it was perfect.

This place was one the best places we stayed during our b&b experience. Listing features were accurate to what it says it was. Apartment was super clean, modern very well maintance and all appliances super good quality made our staying super comfy and easy Mauricio the housekeeper was wonderful and always asking if we need anything. Excellent showers with lots of water pressure and very clean. Thank you Thomas for caring for your guests comfort not all places do and you do.

Villa in quiet small private settlement with beautiful view of the coast from the terrace. Everything is there. Paola also took excellent care of us remotely. Capo Testa within walking distance, small beach (Spiagga Cala Spinosa) with sand can be reached in 5 minutes

very nice and well located accommodation. Very nice terrace with lovely sea views. Mosquito view with good protection there is no particular problem. Giuseppe responsive and available by message. only downside: a washing machine not very efficient. in total: very good accommodation.

We really enjoyed the week at Maria. Everything is lovely decorated and very well equipped. We will come back ;-)

Beautiful, spacious villa, tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything you need for your stay, both on the premises as well as going to the beach. Very conveniently located - completely private from one hand and in close proximity to numerous beaches, playground for kids, big supermarkets and city center. Restaurant on site is a big plus - extremely useful when you are with kids and don't want to go out. Very friendly host and on site manager, accommodating earlier check-in time and providing help and recommendations for the area. We were two couples with two little girls and all enjoyed our stay tremendously. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay at Villa Oleandri.(July24) We travelled from London as a group of 5 and there was plenty of space, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen and living room area. Beautiful front terrace to relax in the late afternoon and a side terrace and table for early morning breakfast. Location perfect on Quinta Spiaggia (a few minutes walk), 8 minute walk to local supermarket (Dettori market). Taxi/car journey to main Golfo Aranci area 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this Villa, in particular for family’s as there was plenty of space for all to relax. Kind regards Lee (London)

Beautiful apartment, with amazing porch/balcony on the 1st floor. Incredible sunset views and really peaceful part of the town. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The villa is fabulous for a family holiday, my husband and I stayed with my son, his wife and 14 month old baby, my daughter and her partner. The accommodation was just right, with on-suite bathrooms and the additional room for the baby with a cot provided. The accommodation and outside areas were so clean and tidy we had no concerns for our small grandson crawling around. There are two supermarkets within walking distance that provided everything we needed and Palau is a short walk to great restaurants, a small beach and harbor and a short ferry trip to the nearby island. Claudia and Pier were brilliant in providing a large playpen we requested for our grandson as he had become very mobile, which was so useful when we were out around the pool. Antonella who met us on check in was amazing, and so helpful for any questions we had and she helped us so much when my daughter was unwell. There's so much more I wish we could add to this review to say how much we recommend staying here. 10+

Traditional place, great for its value.

Wonderful villa, a real oasis of peace in close contact with nature, ideal for relaxing as a couple or with friends. Very comfortable and high-quality beds and sheets. The house is equipped with every comfort, including a washer and dryer. Pool and surrounding area are the real strong point, the outdoor space is really very spacious and well cared for. Convenient location to easily reach the airport, supermarkets and neighboring villages, in a quiet and uncrowded area. Luigi is a very helpful and kind landlord, easily available for any need. Simply perfect! We'll definitely be back

This is a lovely villa, set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The views from the veranda and especially from the roof top terrace are stunning. We also enjoyed being able to walk down to the sea.

Furniture needs to be updated

We loved the house and its position; very close to a good choice of beautiful beaches and within a minutes walk to a restaurant/bar. Everybody is friendly here. The house has everything you need with comfy beds, lovely open terrace for outdoor dining and drinks. The path to the beach is at the bottom of the garden. There is also a daytime snack bar just before the nearest beach. Lovely clean beach with clear water and a choice of quiet water sports. Ignazia was a great host, responding very quickly and helping with suggestions and recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to the next time.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Marco’s beautiful villa. It is in beautiful surroundings of nature and gardens and it was peaceful and lovely. Thank you to Marco and his team for a very relaxing holiday. The house had everything we needed.

The house is more beautiful than in the photos. The location is peaceful and you can't get tired of the magnificent views of the bay of Golfo Aranci. Antonella is very responsive and has always been able to respond quickly to our requests for information. I would highly recommend her house if you want a dream place.

We vacationed as a family with three children which the accommodation was well-suited for. The outdoor environment with pool and outdoor kitchen was incredibly nice. Also the proximity to the beach just across the street was a huge plus. For the slightly nicer beaches, no more than a 5-25 minute ride by car was required. The area that the villa was located in was incredibly cozy. Didn't feel touristy at all, more like a typical Italian beach town. Would absolutely recommend the place, it had everything!

We had great welcome from Mara on the first day. The Villa is internally and externally very well decorated, we can see the architect touch. There are plenty of details and very well equipped: you feel like at home. There is an amazing view from the terrace at 180* and from the pool. Just the access to the villa must be done through a long stair, but we got used to it. We had a wonderful stay and have the intention to return next year, 👌😍

The most incredible views - cannot be beat! Check in was easy, place was clean but the views are what really made it! You will need a car if staying in this area!

Very nice week spent in Palau. Very good interaction with Guido the owner, and Lorenzo, who welcomed us and are also responsive to our questions. The cottage was perfect, very well located for visiting the northwest of Sardinia. Lots of things nearby, no need to drive too much to get around. Beautiful area. We recommend
