We simply love this place. It was our third time staying there and that’s speaks for itself.

We had a great stay here. The place was even nicer than we expected and Graziella was a friendly and responsive host. I would recommend having a car if staying here - which we did so it was perfect.

This place was one the best places we stayed during our b&b experience. Listing features were accurate to what it says it was. Apartment was super clean, modern very well maintance and all appliances super good quality made our staying super comfy and easy Mauricio the housekeeper was wonderful and always asking if we need anything. Excellent showers with lots of water pressure and very clean. Thank you Thomas for caring for your guests comfort not all places do and you do.

Beautiful, spacious villa, tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything you need for your stay, both on the premises as well as going to the beach. Very conveniently located - completely private from one hand and in close proximity to numerous beaches, playground for kids, big supermarkets and city center. Restaurant on site is a big plus - extremely useful when you are with kids and don't want to go out. Very friendly host and on site manager, accommodating earlier check-in time and providing help and recommendations for the area. We were two couples with two little girls and all enjoyed our stay tremendously. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay at Villa Oleandri.(July24) We travelled from London as a group of 5 and there was plenty of space, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen and living room area. Beautiful front terrace to relax in the late afternoon and a side terrace and table for early morning breakfast. Location perfect on Quinta Spiaggia (a few minutes walk), 8 minute walk to local supermarket (Dettori market). Taxi/car journey to main Golfo Aranci area 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this Villa, in particular for family’s as there was plenty of space for all to relax. Kind regards Lee (London)

Nos hemos alojado mi familia y yo una semana en casa de Giorgio. Ha sido todo fantástico, mucho mejor de lo esperado. La casa es amplia, con vistas espectaculares, en medio de la naturaleza y al lado del amarre. Giorgio y su familia han sido los mejores anfitriones, procurando en todo memento que estuviéramos bien. Nos encantaría volver pronto.

We loved this house. We were only there for a night as we wanted to get closer to Olbia for a flight, but we wished we had more time. Olga and Vasilius were terrific, communicative hosts. We don't speak Russian but had no trouble using Google translate. They were extremely accommodating and flexible. The views were astounding. We'd love to come back!

The villa is fabulous for a family holiday, my husband and I stayed with my son, his wife and 14 month old baby, my daughter and her partner. The accommodation was just right, with on-suite bathrooms and the additional room for the baby with a cot provided. The accommodation and outside areas were so clean and tidy we had no concerns for our small grandson crawling around. There are two supermarkets within walking distance that provided everything we needed and Palau is a short walk to great restaurants, a small beach and harbor and a short ferry trip to the nearby island. Claudia and Pier were brilliant in providing a large playpen we requested for our grandson as he had become very mobile, which was so useful when we were out around the pool. Antonella who met us on check in was amazing, and so helpful for any questions we had and she helped us so much when my daughter was unwell. There's so much more I wish we could add to this review to say how much we recommend staying here. 10+

Un sitio con una ubicación perfecta y una cosa con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días por Cerdeña. Además, el apartamento se corresponde con las fotos y la comunicación con los dueños ha sido muy buena y rápida!

Villa meravigliosa, una vera e propria oasi di pace a stretto contatto con la natura, ideale per rilassarsi in coppia o in compagnia di amici. Letti e lenzuola comodissimi e di ottima qualità. La casa è dotata di ogni confort, incluse lavatrice e asciugatrice. Piscina e zona circostante sono il vero punto di forza, lo spazio all’aperto è davvero molto ampio e ben curato. Posizione strategica per raggiungere facilmente aeroporto, supermercati e paesini limitrofi, in area silenziosa e poco affollata. Luigi è un padrone di casa molto disponibile e gentile, facilmente reperibile per qualsiasi necessità. Semplicemente perfetta! Ritorneremo sicuramente

Wunderschönes Haus an traumhafter Lage. Werde meine morgendlichen Spaziergänge an die schönen Naturstrände vermissen. Die Aussichten sind einfach magisch 🥰. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und wir hatten die Strände meist für uns allein. Vielen Dank liebe Marie, dass Du dein Haus mit Gästen teilst. Vielen Dank!

Die Villa mit ihrer grossartigen Lage und dem Blick aufs Meer mit wunderschönen Sonnenaufgängen und der künstlerischen Innenausstattung hat unsere Ferien auf Sardinien zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Der tiefe Pool mit immer frischem Wasser und die Aussendusche mit Weitblick haben unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Wir kommen wieder!

Great hosts, amazing surroundings , Luca gave us a few tips on what restaurants to go and they were all great. The house and the surroundings felt so peaceful. We particularly loved the daily visits from Charlie and Dobby the dogs on site. Will def be back to this amazing place.

We loved the house and its position; very close to a good choice of beautiful beaches and within a minutes walk to a restaurant/bar. Everybody is friendly here. The house has everything you need with comfy beds, lovely open terrace for outdoor dining and drinks. The path to the beach is at the bottom of the garden. There is also a daytime snack bar just before the nearest beach. Lovely clean beach with clear water and a choice of quiet water sports. Ignazia was a great host, responding very quickly and helping with suggestions and recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to the next time.

Casa splendida immersa in una cornice naturale fantastica. Ampi spazi e tranquillità, con la possibilità di raggiungere agevolmente numerose bellissime calette. Valore aggiunto la presenza del custode, discreto e sempre disponibile in caso di necessità.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house has a fantastic vibe that made us feel right at home. The pool was a highlight, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

La maison est plus belle que sur les photos. L’emplacement est paisible et on ne se lasse pas de la vue magnifique sur la baie de Golfo Aranci. Antonella est très réactive et à toujours su répondre rapidement à nos demandes d’informations. Je recommande vivement sa maison si vous souhaitez un endroit de rêve.

Nous avons rencontré des gens très gentil et très ouvert. L’endroit est calme paisible. Très bien proportionné. Jolie piscine très agréable. À proximité de Santa Teresa. Jolie petite ville. Plage (très belle). À proximité. Excellent. 👌 🪴😘

Vi semestrade som familj med tre barn vilket boendet lämpade sig väl för. Utemiljön med pool och utekök var otroligt fint. Även närheten till stranden bara över gatan var ett stort plus. För de lite finare stränderna krävdes inte mer än 5-25 minuters färd med bil. Området som villan var belägen i var otroligt mysigt. Kändes inte alls turistigt, mer som en typiskt italiensk strandstad. Skulle absolut rekommendera boendet, det hade allt!

We had great welcome from Mara on the first day. The Villa is internally and externally very well decorated, we can see the architect touch. There are plenty of details and very well equipped: you feel like at home. There is an amazing view from the terrace at 180* and from the pool. Just the access to the villa must be done through a long stair, but we got used to it. We had a wonderful stay and have the intention to return next year, 👌😍

Très belle semaine passés a Palau. Très bon échange avec Guido le propriétaire, et Lorenzo, qui nous a accueili et sont également réactif à nos questions. Le gîte etait parfait, très bien situé pour visiter le nord Ouest de la Sardaigne. Beaucoup de chose à proximité, pas besoin de faire trop de voiture pour se déplacer. Région magnifique. The house was perfection for us. I must say we were the only people at our side of a small complex. Spectacular views, very good beds, quiet!, good kitchen, cutlery and crockery, if the island wasn’t so beautiful I could stay at the house all the time. We had the beautiful swimming pool for ourself. Lots of stunning beaches in a radius of 10 to 15 kilometers, good supermarket close by. Absolutely worth our while. Thanks to the owners.
