Very comfortable 1st floor apartment with beautiful views of Olbia Bay the terrace is generous the white sand beach is 200 meters away a restaurant 100 meters away "la lanterna" is good value for money if Giorgio can provide additional comfort, it would be to add an electric coffee maker in addition small Italian coffee makers.

Well-located apartment in the upper town. It was perfect for our weekend in Bonifacio. Good bedding, nice bathroom and impeccable kitchen. We enjoyed the exchanges with Isabelle who was responsive and gave good advice. The small touch on arrival is nice. We recommend it.

Pleasant accommodation and as described, close to the beach on foot and in a good location to discover northeastern Sardinia. Francesca was always responsive during our exchanges and gave good advice. Arrival and departure were facilitated by the key box. What a pleasure to have discovered some small touches that were greatly appreciated upon our arrival. I hope to have the opportunity to go back.

We had a pleasant stay at Laurence's who is a very welcoming host, who gave us some great tips on restaurants and walks. The apartment is comfortable, with everything you need. The location is very nice in the heart of the city, which allows you to visit it when the other tourists are gone.

Lovely beach getaway! The ocean is basically in the backyard and the area was perfect.

This is a fantastic rental! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the beautiful Sardinian countryside. The house was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. Gina and Augusta were outstanding hosts, always available and incredibly welcoming.

Beautiful welcome in a peaceful environment. The terrace is very nice and the garden is a plus. The accommodation is well equipped with all the necessities. On the other hand, Bonifacio was not within walking distance for us, a large, extremely steep portion to go there. Perfect location because we were driving.

The place is lovely. Just a few meters from a nice beach. There are nice restaurants in the area. The flat is in the basement, it does not get a lot of light in the bedrooms or the bathroom. In my opinion this in only a problem if you are there when the wether is not good and you plan to stay in the apartment for a day or more.

Four of us stayed by Gabriele over New Year's Eve to go bouldering in the surrounding area. We we're in the Apartment for 6 days. All the bouldering areas in the neighbourhood were easy to reach with a 5-30 minute drive. There were also 2 small but beautiful areas within walking distance. The accommodation was perfect for 4 people and was completely adequate. As we always cooked a lot in the evenings but didn't have enough chopping boards, Gabriele quickly got us another one. He got in touch proactively and also gave us tips for free concerts. The flat was tip top, we would love to come back!

Frank's place is unbeatable. He was super attentive to write to us to coordinate the arrival. We were welcomed by her dad Mario (with whom I had excellent communication) and Reina, who gave us all the directions and were extremely friendly at all times. We had everything we needed and more (even slippers!!!). It was a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket that had everything, just a two block walk away. We were arriving by car everywhere super fast. Also, having private parking was a plus. A stay that we would repeat without hesitation to enjoy that beautiful city and its magnificent beaches again.

Had everything we needed and the view was absolutely gorgeous, better than anticipated. The place is quite homey and quaint and I was obsessed with the way it was decorated. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

The view from the very large terrace is breathtakingly beautiful. We were absolutely satisfied with the accommodation. A small comment is the way to the accommodation. You have to drive a very narrow and steep path up the mountain to the accommodation. If there is oncoming traffic, it can be difficult. On foot, the path quickly becomes strenuous in bright sunshine, but that's the price you pay for the view from the top. For us, it was absolutely worth it! The flexibility of the check-in time deserves special mention. Due to our early flight, we were already at the accommodation at 11am. Nevertheless, we were able to check in promptly, thank you again for that!
