New cabin. Spectacular view by the Lyngen alps!

Wij hadden het heel fijn in Sveins ‘hut’. De ligging aan zee is fantastisch. Door de grote ramen heb je uitzicht over de fjorden en de bergen. Je stapt de vlonder op en dan hoor je de zee. Het is een plek waar je je heel bewust bent van de elementen. Wij vonden het zeer rustgevend, ondanks zeer stevige wind en sneeuwbuien. Er is amper lichtvervuiling, dus een ideale plek om het noorderlicht te kunnen zien, met 360 graden zicht als je buiten gaat staan. De sterrenhemel is er ook indrukwekkend. Het huis was perfect schoon. De badkamer is ruim met een grote stapel handdoeken. Het bed ligt prima. Misschien zou het huis nog huiselijker zijn als er wat mooie reproducties of foto’s aan de muren zouden hangen. De houtkachel was heel fijn en gezellig. Stein had veel hout neergelegd om te gebruiken. Als je gitaar of piano speelt, kun je je hart ophalen. Zing, dans en lach. Veel dank aan Stein voor alles, ook voor het snelle contact als we vragen hadden. Een plek om nooit te vergeten!

Es una casa antigua, bonita , cómoda y funcional. Estaba muy bien equipada y la cocina tenía de todo. Es amplia y en el salón comedor cabíamos los 7 muy cómodos. Hans ha respondido siempre muy rápido y nos ha hecho recomendaciones del lugar. Llevo yendo 4 años a Lyngen a esquiar y esta casa también me parece perfecta para alojamiento.

me and two colleagues stayed for some days at Cato's house for some work in the area. just a few days before we had to find a place to stay and found Cato's place.. what a great location in the middle of one of the bigger towns in the lyngen area. and what a friendly host Cato is! definitely a big reccomandation for everyone that wants to stay in the lyngen comune

Siamo stati cinque giorni nella casa di Hanne-Lill e siamo stati benissimo. Tutto era pulito e curato nei dettagli. Hanne è stata da subito disponibile a fornirci dettagli della zona e consigli. La prossima volta che torniamo alle Lyngen soggiorneremo di nuovo qui. Anche lo shelter esterno è fantastico per fare grigliate e poter osservare l’aurora boreale. Davvero 5 stelle meritate. Grazie

Idyllic cabin in the Lyngen Alps

Having stayed here a couple of years ago already, this was our second visit and again we weren't disappointed. We almost needed to drive the long way round again due to avalanches on the road leading to the ferry but thankfully this time it was running when we needed it and Izzy and Romain went out of their way to ensure we had up to date information on the status. Needless to say, this shouldn't put others off because it's rather rare that conditions prevent the ferry from running. Likewise, the stairs up to the house are quite a workout with luggage but it's well worth the effort. The combination of sauna and hot tub as well as a spacious living area and great view make for a wonderful stay and the Northern Lights also provided entertainment. We made a trip out to the Bivrost distillery but otherwise just enjoyed the house and surrounds. It's a fab setting to just chill and recharge.

Die Hütte ist ein absoluter Traum und hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Ein unglaublicher Panoramablick von jedem Raum aus, sauber, sehr gemütlich, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet und lädt zum Kochen ein. Die unglaublichen Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse sowie die Nordlichter fast jeden Abend, bleiben für uns sehr in Erinnerung. Skitouren und Schneewanderungen vor dem Haus und Umgebung möglich. Christopher ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter, aufmerksamer und fantastischer Gastgeber. Er hat uns jedes Mal vor einer atemberaubender Nordlichter Show informiert. Ganz herzlichen Dank für diese unvergesslichen 9 Tage Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Hütte. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Oyvinds Lyngenvilla ist der perfekte Ausgangsprt fuer Ski touren begeisterte die nach einem langen Tag noch in Sauna und Whirlpool entspannen wollen. der Ausblick in den Fjord ist unglaublich vorallem morgens wenn man aus dem Bett steigt. Die gut ausgestattete Küche rundet die Villa perfekt ab.

This cabin is outstanding, everything was perfect. We had a wonderful 6 days here while ski touring in the Lyngen Alps. The cabin is really well located and it was a total luxury to come back and have a hot tub and sauna to ease the tired legs. It is beautifully furnished, very cosy and the kitchen has all you need to cater for yourself. It was really useful to have use of the washer & dryer as well. Jorgen & Nina are great hosts, they provided lots of information before arrival and answered any queries instantly. We loved it and will definitely be back.

Sehr schönes modernes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Die Unterkunft war in ausgezeichnetem Zustand und sauber gepflegt. Gastgeberin ist wirklich unkompliziert und reagiert sofort auf etwaige Fragen oder Probleme. Parkplatz ist auch genügend vorhanden. Supermarkt ist 10min mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Frode’s place was perfect! It was peaceful with the most stunning views of the mountains and the fjord. Frode was so friendly and helpful, from greeting us when we arrived to sharing ski advice.

Das Apartmenr von Hilde ist perfekt gelegen um Wanderung in den Lynger Alpen (z.B. Blåvatnet) zu unternehmen oder Tromsø zu besichtigen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was zum Kochen benötigt wird. Generell war die Wohnung sehr sauber, hell und groß, weswegen wir die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen können. Auch der Kontakt zu Hilde war freundlich, schnell und problemlos.

We loved staying at Jostein’s cozy place. It had everything we needed and a lovely view. Jostein is a great and super helpful host, always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. He even picked up a piece for a split board in a shop in Tromsø and dropped it at the house - so lovely. Thank you Jostein!

Wir verbrachten als Ehepaar in der "Sea Mountain Cabin" eine winterliche Urlaubswoche im November. Tor ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber - sehr freundlich und großzügig. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft einschließlich der Fotos entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Besonders fasziniert hat uns das Panoramafenster im Wohn-/Esszimmer mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den Fjord und die Berge. Vom Balkon aus bestaunten wir mehrfach beeindruckende Polarlichter. Im Kaminofen machten wir es uns bei frostigen Außentemperaturen romantisch gemütlich. Die "Sea Mountain Cabin" und Tor können wir wärmstens empfehlen.
