This cabin is outstanding, everything was perfect. We had a wonderful 6 days here while ski touring in the Lyngen Alps. The cabin is really well located and it was a total luxury to come back and have a hot tub and sauna to ease the tired legs. It is beautifully furnished, very cosy and the kitchen has all you need to cater for yourself. It was really useful to have use of the washer & dryer as well. Jorgen & Nina are great hosts, they provided lots of information before arrival and answered any queries instantly. We loved it and will definitely be back.

Wonderful cabin with an incredible view of the fjord. Bright and comfortable, with lots of common spaces useful for our needs. It was the perfect base for our ski mountaineering week in Lyngen. Also, the gem is the outdoor hot tub where you can relax under the stars at the end of the day. Maria and Andreas have always been available and very friendly, welcoming us even in the middle of the night due to a delay in our flight. Highly recommended!

Visit. The best location possible for what we desired. Our goal was to see the northern lights and we did. Be sure to plan ahead and check forecasts and time of year for the norther lights as we did because sitting in a hot tub and seeing one of the world’s natural wonders is priceless. The location is perfection being idilic, beautiful and private. The accommodation and facilities were clean, high quality and overall great. I would highly recommend this venue as staying here was perfect and commuting via hire car into Tromso worked very well! The host was even kind enough to knock on our door one of the nights to inform us the northern lights were on show when she was there.

We had a really nice and pleasant stay at the cabin. We were 7 persons and enjoyed in the winter the jacuzzi, sauna and saw the northern lights from the apartment! The cabin isn't missing anything and you can spend time for activities in the area e.g. dog sledging, northern lights tours or snowmobile tours. We really enjoyed our week. Susann is the perfect host, with excellent recommendations and really quick answers.

This property has everything you need to spend relaxing days in nature. The location, right on the water with a view of the mountains, is simply fantastic. Seeing the whole thing from the hotpot is just amazing. The information we received before was detailed and the communication was straightforward and possible at any time. Also with regard to cleanliness, there is nothing to complain about, it was all tiptop. We would 100% recommend this property.

The place was great. There were six of us. Enough space for us and the ski equipment. Shoe heaters are on site. The hot tub and sauna are the perfect end to a ski tour. Recommended

The houses are comfortable, well-equipped and ideal for stays with friends or family, with all the necessary amenities. Only small downside: in the Amanda house, the water system emitted an acute whistle when using cold water. Apart from this detail, the place is really peaceful and we were lucky enough to admire several northern lights, which made the experience even more memorable.

Easiest five stars ever given. If you are there to visit the Lyngen Alps, you have found a diamond. One hour of always scenic driving to most hike/ski trailheads of the peninsula. Quiet, super picturesque area with stuning mountain views. The sauna +ice bath are an amazing bonus. Communication with Kristoffer has been immaculate.

The airbnb is a great place. It is publicly accessible by a ferry from Hansnes. The views are great for the sea and the mountains. We were lucky to see the northern lights right outside the airbnb! Hilde was very responsive about my queries. She was proactive in letting me know about the weather in advance and also notified us about potential time for seeing the Northern lights. if you're looking tor a cozy Airbnb, publicly accessible and great location, this is it! Celine was super nice and extremely responsive in her answers! The place is amazing, a crazy view right from the couch, in two minutes you are on the edge of the fjord and it is super quiet. Being in the center of the Lyngenalps, it is located in a tactical area to visit the Lyngenalps. In an hour, you are in the north with an open view of the ocean, and an hour south you enter dense mountain areas. In 40 minutes by ferry you can easily cross the fjord and enter the Kåfjord, amazing there too! On bad weather days we recommend a visit to the distillery a two-minute walk away, very interesting and easily accessible. We had a great time and hope to be back in the future! We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect for spotting the Northern Lights, with breathtaking views if the sea and mountains all around. The place is cozy, peaceful, and a great base for exploring the area. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

Arild's place is a substantial cabin in a private wooded location just off the coastal road. Its peaceful and surrounded by nature and approximately 4 mins drive from the Svensby ferry terminal. The living and dining area are well furnished and very spacious. The kitchen has all the utensils that you are likely to need plus more. From the cabin you can reach the fjord, Ullsfjorden, on foot in minutes - a wow factor! I was there on a landscape photography holiday and the views of the mountains, fjords and countryside are magnificently beautiful. I took many of my favourite images from the coastline just below the cabin so be sure to explore it. I never saw another person - all to myself. There is no need to fill your car with supplies in Tromso thinking that there are no shops. There is a Coop Extra and petrol station at nearby Lyngseidet. Arild was helpful throughout and even sent a replacement coffee machine and iron from Tromso.

We stayed in trudes hytte this winter. Such a beautiful and copy cabin. We would definitely come back!

Great location for our ski touring trip. We even got to see a great northern lights display when we weren’t expecting to get to see them. Really comfortable and with fabulous views. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Super nice and practical facility in an extremely nice location. Jack Robert was very friendly and helpful. He arranged for us to deliver shrimp and fish. We really liked the interesting sauna with a woodstove right by the sea where we could cool off.

Christin's place is a peaceful heaven in the Lyngen Alps region. The view on the fjord over terrace is amazing. The place is well-equipped and decorated with lots of love. It was the 2nd time I visited and it's just the perfect base for a skitouring vacation.

The place was very cute and sauna was definitely a bonus. The view was spectacular. It was very easy to communicate with Bjørn. Cars come with speed around the corner so have to be careful when leaving the yard with a car.

An incomparably nice cabin in an incomparably beautiful location. Plus, a super nice host. Stay here if you want it as good as it is physically possible.
