Waterfront vacation rentals in Lyngen Municipality

It was strange to live in the same house upstairs but never see the owners in person. However, they were very helpful, clear in their descriptions/information/communication. The place is super and so is the location! The house has everything and the descriptions were in charge and real. Highly recommend! :)

Hilde's apartment is perfectly located for hiking in the Lyngen Alps (e.g. Blåvatnet) or visiting Tromsø. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. In general, the apartment was very clean, bright and large, which is why we can fully recommend the apartment. The contact with Hilde was also friendly, fast and hassle-free.

This was an excellence vacation in an perfect apartment. Although we arrive at 11 pm, Frank greeted us personally and showed us the apartment. He is a really great guy and he was always available for us and our wishes. The accommodation is truly outstanding: a fully equipped kitchen with really everything you need. A spacious living room, a large bathroom with washing machine and an absolutely comfortable bed. Using the heated jacuzzi directly in front of the house and watching the breathtaking northern lights at the sky are fantastic. You really have to try the fresh shrimp from På Øra AS (just a few minutes from the apartment) they are delicious. We would recommend this accommodation at any time if you are planning a holiday in the north of Norway.

Frode’s place was perfect! It was peaceful with the most stunning views of the mountains and the fjord. Frode was so friendly and helpful, from greeting us when we arrived to sharing ski advice.

Everything great, easy and responsive communication, we didn’t have any issue. The house is beautiful, we used it to go skitouring in the surrounding area and the position is perfect (5 min by car from closest supermarket). We were provided with towels, cooking pans, soap for dishwasher, garbage bags and everything needed for our stay except for food. Free parking close to the house for our car. Absolutely recommended host and place!

This was our second time at Katrine’s place. Everything was as good as first time!

My friend and I have chased the aurora around various parts of Northern Norway for photography five different years and stayed in many Airbnb's while doing so. I'd say Hallgeir's beautiful and spacious place is right up there in quality. The place was exceptionally well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The location is wonderfully positioned for daytime and aurora photography, with North Northeast to Southern exposure and some unique compositions right on the property. Save for one bright light NNW towards a mountain, you have a large view area to see the aurora. I bet the summer and fall hiking is spectacular. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved staying at Jostein’s cozy place. It had everything we needed and a lovely view. Jostein is a great and super helpful host, always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. He even picked up a piece for a split board in a shop in Tromsø and dropped it at the house - so lovely. Thank you Jostein!

We had a great stay, the house is pleasant, has very nice view, and Hilde & Trond were very responsive and friendly. I can only recommend!

June has a great holiday home on Vannøya, very good space and with all the comforts. Fantastic hiking terrain right outside and short way to the ferry port. Recommended!

Been there for several times. Great location and works well for big group as well. Highly recommended.

The place was what we expected and had just enough room for five people if everything was kept oragnized. The instructions and communication with the host was very good and easy. The kitchen had decent and simple equipment. Only challenge was to dry all the winter sports equipment but luckily there was a large entrance hall to use for that purpose. We think this was a great location to be in with good price!

Staying here was a truly great experience! Liss was such a welcoming and friendly host! I will definitely be coming back!

Hannas place is perfect for acitve days and chill evenings , ee felt at home the minute we stept in the door! the view is incredinble, we started our skitour from the house , and enkoyed the oven when we came home - the obly thing missing was a cheese grinder ;) defenitely recommended ! thanks to hanna
