Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lydstep

What an amazing place! This is something special. It is a beautiful thought out structure with spectacular furnishings and such a well designed space. Underfloor heating! That is a first for me and my partner and I loved it. The hosts kept the rustic look alive in how they designed it and even had a thatched roof!. Outside the cottage is a world of summer flowers, carefully attended by the older lady who lived in the adjoining cottage. Of course the hot tub and sauna were a great addition. I loved that they did not spare expense with the furnishings from the well designed dish drip tray to the fancy fan in the bedroom. We wish we could have spent more time here as after a few days travelling we spent one of our days lounging in the hot tub with a glass of champagne whilst listening to the constant bird chorus and watching the horses saunter around in adjoining fields. The house was clean, great location and a nice touch that there were some supplies..and cakes. The only issues were that a lot of the cutlery needed washing and a few other kitchen bits and pieces did. The house was perfect for us and parents as easy to walk everywhere in Tenby. Michelle was responsive but we didn't need much help as info was good. We loved the character of the house but some areas could do with a lick of paint. No parking but we got parking passports and left cars in multistorey. Loading/unloading was a little tricky as the road is narrow and there was a scaffolding truck when we arrived (working on house nearby) and hardcore being delivered as we left but we managed. Would be very happy to stay there again. We had a great time in the house and in Tenby.

A lovely home & amazing location. Everything was extremely clean, and bed was very comfortable. Lots of amenities and essentials, made it feel like a home away from home. Extremely dog friendly, the garden was the perfect size for our chihuahua puppy. We would 100% stay here again.

Greet house in a great spot just around the corner from town and the fantastic beaches. We parked at the train station just around the corner but multi storey is close by too. Great for getting around Tenby and easy walk to all the beaches. House has everything you need and the host was very friendly.

Great stay at Gill’s place. The view is even better in person. The house is very spacious and clean. Perfect for couples traveling together. We loved our time on the deck enjoying the view. Highly recommend and wish we had had more time (and better weather 😂) to enjoy the place.

Thank you for lending us your beautiful log cabin. We had a wonderful half term break. The location was excellent and is easy to walk to Tenby if you want to. Matt & Victoria's communication was warm and friendly from our very first enquiry. We are a family of 5 including a 17 year old, 9 year old and 14 year old. All were happy to relax in the spacious accommodation - happy teenagers equals happy mum & dad! Plenty to see and do in Tenby and the surrounding areas. The hot tub was a real treat after a day mooching around shops and cafes in Tenby. Skimming stones on the various sandy beaches and spotting a few crabs in low tide made for some great photos. A beautifully located log cabin, peaceful and quiet but close enough to go and explore Pembrokeshire. Thank you for enabling us to make some very happy family memories. We would love to repeat the wonderful experience you gave us. We have not stopped recommending this magical find to family & friends since our return. We will be back!!

We had a fantastic, relaxing week at Amanda and Ian’s cosy cottage in Wales. The beds were super comfy, the temperature perfect, and the peaceful surroundings made for a lovely break. The cottage had everything we needed—well-equipped kitchen with all essentials and a decent freezer compartment, plus a great bathroom with towels, toiletries, a powerful shower and even a first aid kit. The welcome touches of traditional Welsh cakes, apple juice, tea, coffee and milk were so thoughtful and much appreciated. Shortly after we arrived, the Wi-Fi went down due to a local fault completely beyond Amanda and Ian’s control, but they were excellent—quick to contact us, visited in person, and kept us fully updated until it was sorted, which didn’t take long. Their warm, attentive hosting made us feel very welcome and well looked after. We would absolutely recommend this cottage and would be very happy to return for another peaceful and comfortable stay in the future.

Had a great time in Pembrokeshire. Our stay with Liz was what I've come to expect from Pembrokeshire people, always warm friendly and very helpful and all done with a genuine smile. I will be going back, only this time for much much longer.

Good location, stunning view from the balcony, lots of steps to the 4th floor, not a problem for us but just be aware. Clean, spacious. Sophie was very responsive and informative Would definitely book again 🌟

Location location location. Can’t fault the location but any place with so many reviews will get wear and tear. Comfortable enough but on the good side of great. Host was fantastic so no fault there just feel the place could do with a refresh.

A really lovely place to stay in Tenby, I would definitely recommend staying here. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Can't fault it :)

We had a lovely stay at Sian’s place <3 absolutely beautiful garden and surrounding outdoor areas! Sian was super responsive and helpful when we needed and there were some really sweet personal touches throughout the accommodation. Really lovely secondary field with a swing and a pond in! We would love to come back sometime <3

Lovely apartment in a great neighbourhood. Steepish hill walk in (and out) of Saundersfoot but manageable and there is a harbour car park if you are less able and there is a bus service. Try to book in advance for restaurants as some are very popular. Well equipped property with parking and lovely feel about it. Definitely recommend.

Charlottes place is a great spot to stay in Tenby. Great location close to many restaurants, cafes and an easy walk to the harbour. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely, clean, modern place in a great location to get to several different places like Pembrokeshire castle, Tenby and the wildlife park. Hosts were responsive, friendly and helpful. Would stay again if in the area. Highly recommend.

The place was on the smaller side but perfect for 2 with all you could need! It was clean and felt like a home away from home. This place is nice and central to a lot in Pembrokeshire and I couldn’t recommend this place more - thank you for the small touches such as the milk in the fridge, Welsh cakes and nicely laid out towels, it made the travel day so worth it as you come “home” to that!

This place is a hidden gem when you look for something peaceful. It’s a lovely space where you can really leave everything behind and just enjoy silence, nature and relax. House has got everything you might need for to stay with family or a friend. Close drive to lovely beach was a bonus!!

We were so lucky to have been able to book a 2 night stay as I know The Shore is always booked up. The apartment is lovely and had everything we needed and some beautiful pieces of furniture. Less than a 2 minute walk and you're in the centre of Tenby, perfect location. Walking up the steps from the apartment to a view like that even when it rained was fantastic

A great little gem of a place with unbeatable views and right in the heart of Tenby. We didn’t use our car all week as the beach, restaurants, shops and bars are literally within a 1 minute walk. Perfect 👌🏻
