Considered a neoclassical and artistic heritage of the early 20th century, the villa was completely restored in 2013, combining classic elegance with contemporary design. Every detail has been carefully selected to offer an exceptional stay: air conditioning in all its spaces, spacious and bright double rooms, Wi-Fi connection, televisions in each room, safes, full bathrooms and a balanced combination of antiques and modern furniture.
Crossing the front door, you enter an imposing entrance hall with marble stairs, bronze lamps, and 18th-century Chinese vases. On this floor is the game and meeting room, a space of almost 170 m² designed in loft style. It offers entertainment with a ping-pong table, foosball, billiards, play area, bar, sofas, television and reading area. In addition, on this floor there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite.
On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, each with its own personality, and three full bathrooms, two en-suite. Also on this floor is the spacious living room with television, comfortable sofas and an ideal atmosphere to rest and plan the daily itinerary. Next to the living room is the dining room, with capacity for 16 people, and a modern Italian design kitchen equipped with high-end Siemens appliances (two refrigerators, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher), which forms a functional and comfortable space. The kitchen has direct access to the garden, pool and heated spa.
The outdoor area includes a private pool surrounded by tropical wood, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area with table and chairs. The heated spa, which can accommodate six people, is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing in the city.
On the second floor is a small studio and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom that give access to a 160 m² chill-out terrace, with wooden decking, lattices, seats and sun loungers. On the other side of the terrace is the tower room, also with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace.
Villa Victoria Barcelona is located in a quiet residential area, but very well connected to the rest of the city. Just 10 minutes away are the Sagrada Familia and the modernist complex of the Hospital de Sant Pau. In the surroundings there are shops, supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants, all within walking distance for convenience. The villa has excellent connections: there is a bus stop right in front of the property, the subway is a few minutes walk and it is very easy to take a taxi at any time, which makes it easy to get around the city comfortably.
During the stay, daily cleaning service is offered on weekdays and a personalized service is available to manage any request, from transfers and private chefs to tours and experiences in Barcelona.

1) Location and rules:
Villa Victoria Barcelona is located within the city, in a residential area. Please respect the neighbors' peace at night.
Quiet hours: 10:00 pm - 9:00 am
Heated pool and spa hours: 9:00 am to 10:30 pm.
Out of respect for the neighbors, there is a decibel detector.
2) Booking conditions:
The person signing the rental agreement upon arrival must be at least 25 years of age. Parties or noise that may disturb neighbors are not allowed.
3) Maximum occupancy:
Only the number of guests specified in the reservation may stay overnight at the property. If any additional guests spend the night, an extra fee will apply. Any additional visitors during the day, even if they do not stay overnight, must be previously notified and authorized by the property.
Important: A security deposit of €2,000 and the corresponding tourist tax per person per night will be charged upon arrival.
The Villa includes: Four sets of keys, daily cleaning service on weekdays, amenities (soap, shampoo and bath gel), sheets, shower and pool towels, hair dryer in each bathroom, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dryer, barbecue, kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery and dishwasher.
It also has private parking with space for a car or a van.
