A lovingly furnished apartment awaits you in the beautiful part of Lower Franconia. The renovated apartment is very bright and stylishly furnished. Charming combination of quiet location and nearby destinations such as monastery, wine and city. Unfortunately, the apartment is NOT suitable for infants.

Quiet, small courtyard in the village center

Relax as a couple or with the whole family. Enjoy the tranquility of our small village. Arrive, unpack, feel good. And wake up the next morning with birdsong. The apartment with spacious living space is ideally suited for two people or small families. Fast WiFi is of course included free of charge. There is enough space to play and discover. Vehicles are available in the yard, and the garden can be discovered and relaxed in. An electric car can charge at our wallbox.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. The quietly located first floor apartment is located on the edge of the Steigerwald, surrounded by vineyards. The very well-equipped apartment for two to four people offers a modern kitchen-living room, a bedroom with double bed and a living room with sofa bed (140 × 200) as well as a large bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The non-smoking house can accommodate up to six people. No parties or bachelor parties. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed to protect allergy sufferers.
