Super cosy place in a charming neighbourhood with loads of nice restaurants. 10/10 recommend.

In itself, everything is perfect, but apparently no place for women who are covered:) and this is not meant to be a burkha, unfortunately very often get false looks and sayings... but the Arwin can't do anything for that when the people have stayed behind... great place and very clean, also the subway stations are about a 7-minute walk away. Everything was found as it was on New Year's Eve a year ago.

The apartment is very well maintained and cozy, friendly and welcoming. It is well equipped, with everything you need. Katarina is very friendly and helpful. She and her husband are excellent landlords. You can take beautiful hikes on foot from there, but also take fine boat tours in the Hochwald nearby.

Sabine's apartment is very central and at the same time quiet, as it is located in the back (garden house). I was personally & warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable in the apartment. When the weather is nice, the terrace is certainly ideal to end the evening.

We had a fantastic stay at Isabel’s apartment. An absolute oasis. I wish we had a little bit more time to enjoy this gorgeous apartment. Super flexible host. Very spacious and beautifully furnished. Very comfortable beds, well-equipped. Very good location. Underground parking was a big bonus. Check-in was seamless, and Isabel was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Berlin.

Very nice place, very tastefully decorated. Ideal size for three people, nice big balcony. Everything worked out.

Everything was as described. We have been here before and will definitely return when we are working in this area.

To start with, I should mention how Claudia was very friendly and responsive to what we needed and never said no to anything. She took the trip to visit us just to fix a small incident which we had, and we really appreciate that. About the place, it is as described and as the photos showed. What was not in the photos , is the neighborhood which is quite and peaceful and suitable for a family. There was enough rooms and tow bathrooms and hot water all the time. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary things you might need. There was a place to park our car just in front of the house. The backyard looks lovely even though it was covered by snow during our visit, which we liked very much being from a country that never seen something like that. I recommend Claudia place and hopefully if we have another chance, we would go there definitely.

We had a great time at Ms. Katrin's house. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Rietz-Neuendorf region, this is a great option. It is a peaceful and quiet place. There is a covered and spacious garage. The outdoor area is ideal for children (or pets). When the weather is fair, it beckons you to enjoy barbecues or simply to drink coffee, relax or read. The house is very well maintained and super clean. A fully equipped kitchen is available if you want to cook. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend it.

It was wonderful at Martin's again! He showed outstanding understanding of all inquiries in advance, during the rental period and in the follow-up. We've tried a few weekend houses, but nowhere have we experienced so much dedication, service and relaxation. The excellent amenities play a big role. This time, in the beautiful weather, we were even able to paddle directly from the jetty from the canal to the lake. Simply balm for the soul. Hopefully it will work out again next year in terms of scheduling and hosting! Best regards

Great accommodation!!

I was at Peter's apartment for a week on business. Check-in was flexible and straightforward. Very clean and cozy place to stay. Parking was available. In all cases, I would recommend. GREAT 👍

Dorothee’s place was in a really lovely neighbourhood that was not at all touristy. She provided everything we needed for a relaxed stay.
