This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

The vacation home in Berlin was completely renovated and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger! In the approx. 130 square meters, up to 10 people can stay on two floors. The entire house has separate air conditioning, WiFi & satellite TV in each living room and bedroom. We hope that with the renovations we have found a cozy and warm interior design style and that there is something for all ages!

Just perfect, from booking to departure. It was our first Airbnb vacation, Anselm set a d**n high standard for all the following. Apartment tiptop and perfect location. U, S and tram with 2 children can be reached on foot without any problems. Restaurants, bakers and shopping around the corner. The apartment offers everything a family of 4 needs. Totally uncomplicated contact, even an earlier check-in was not a problem, very very short response times and good accessibility. Area tips and tricks included. If you want to say something negative, it is that there is only public, paid parking. We raced, parked right outside the door and got through the week without a penalty ticket:-) You have to be lucky. Dear Anselm, Thank you so much for the great time in your home. We will be happy to come back.

Extremely satisfied with our stay. We came for Dresden Festival from 16 to 18 August, and chose to stay at this place which is not far from Dresden (around 50 minutes drive). Brigitte's husband welcomed us and was very helpful. The apartment was as described and we slept very well at night. There is a Zoo just 10 minutes drive from the apartment, we visited it and my 3 years old son was happy with it. we were very happy with the stay, and we would definitely come back :)

We had a quick stopover in Berlin, and Carsten's place was perfect for it. The Ringbahn, with which you can reach everything (of interest to us), is just a few steps away and still not audible. Carsten was very accommodating to us at check-in, as we arrived quite late, absolutely friendly, informative and always easily accessible. The associated parking space was a blessing. The place was as described and had everything you need for a stay. The three of us and our furry child had great days in Berlin in a great place; if we should ever end up in Berlin again, this place is the first point of contact :)

Our Christmas this year had a special charm in Döben. We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful, lovingly renovated historic house and felt right at home. It was wonderfully heated with the very nice fireplace and it was chubby warm, also in the upper rooms. Nice that there is still such a thing if a house keeps its old charm and is not broken. We can only recommend the place! ...and maybe come back sometime.

We immediately liked Michele's beautiful and creative apartment: stylishly selected pictures and artworks and lots of plants, here you would like to stay longer! The terrace has plenty of sun in the morning and is pleasant in the afternoon for a coffee in the shade. Nearby are numerous hip cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Michele was always available when we had little questions and offered us more tips on our own. We enjoyed our stay very much. If I plan a trip to Berlin again, I will try to book with Michele again!

Axel was very quick to communicate, making the stay smooth and stress-free. The place was perfect for my family of five to rest comfortably and explore the city of Berlin with ease. The only issue we encountered was some loud noise between 3 AM and 6 AM on our last night—possibly garbage collection—but it was quite disruptive. Aside from that, it was a great experience for our first Airbnb stay!

We had a nice New Year's Eve vacation with five of us in Karsta's cottage. A beautiful house, in the living room enough space for everyone at the dining table and on the sofa, the Presseler Heide can be reached in a few minutes by car for small hikes and for small walks you can leave directly in the village on dirt roads. Karsta was very easily accessible and had provided us with a children's travel cot. Thank you!

Above all, the lake is to be recommended in the sunshine. There are shops that are also within walking distance.
