Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lüchow-Dannenberg

I had an absolutely fantastic stay in Westergellersen with the warm hostess Manja! The place was a dream – cozy, clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Manja welcomed us with open arms and gave us valuable tips for the beautiful Lüneburg Heath, which we enjoyed to the fullest. A special highlight was Manja's delicious, homemade jam, which sweetened our morning – thank you very much, Manja! I highly recommend this place and Manja's hospitality and will definitely come back!

An absolute gem in size, we lacked nothing and we all had imaginable amenities inside as well as outside in abundance! :) In the fully equipped kitchen we were able to take care of ourselves completely! In the beds, thanks to the very good mattresses, we slept like princes & princesses :) Evening there is red deer to watch in the field opposite and tomorrows, at breakfast in the beautiful garden, we are greeted by cranes, a dream. The house is very cozy and stylishly decorated, my favorite was the conservatory, with its oversized sofa that invites you to dream, wander into the distance and devour a good book:) Christian and Elisabeth provided us with 2 bicycles, with which we could make 2 nice excursions. We stayed a few days over Easter with the extended family and just had a fantastic time!

Our stay in the old farmhouse in Groß Breese was wonderful. Torben's parents were incredibly nice, afterwards we had complete privacy, as no one else lives on the property. We even chop wood and use the stove in the living room. The house is furnished and very spacious. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, we took some walks and enjoyed the nature and the vastness of the landscape very much. Thanks Torben and family for the great place to stay, we'll be back for sure!

We were now at the 4th time as guests at Gesa's in Glaisin. As always, we were warmly welcomed and Gesa had prepared everything perfectly for us. We are always particularly looking forward to the great game meat which we are allowed to obtain through Gesa from the local hunter Theresa. Thanks also to Theresa! Perfect for our cooking weekend with friends in Glaisin! We took home some nice memories again and are already looking forward to next year!

We have been two families, eight in total, who have stayed in "Alte Schule", and there was plenty of space. Everything was very neat and clean when we arrived, and overall the place was a perfect setting for some quiet days in a wonderful company! The place can only be recommended on our end!

My girlfriend and I were completely satisfied with Marion's place. The place is central yet located in the backyard and quiet. We would love to come back!

It was a nice three days in an apartment with feel-good character, clean, quiet, well-appointed and spacious. With public transport (bus and subway) you can get to Hamburg easily, if you have some time, for us it was absolutely okay. Recommended!

There's only the best thing to say about this place: the apartment is equipped with many loving details, the kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom is great, the beds are very comfortable and the terrace is the hit to sit comfortably in the sun in the evening! Adelheid is a very likeable and attentive host, we were even allowed to go to her great garden. A clear recommendation, especially for families with young children, because there is no traffic nearby and a huge meadow to play in front of the small church. We will be happy to come back, but then for longer!

We felt very welcome and comfortable. Tobias was always available as well as helpful to us!

Barbara was always very responsive and adapted to our late check-in time.

The short stay was straightforward and the overnight stay relaxing. The kitchen looked very clean, a plus point is the uncoated stainless steel pan. The bed was very comfortable, the curtains very darkening and the bathroom warmed up very quickly. In the refrigerator there are drinks on a price list basis, dishes must be dried before departure. Check-out is conveniently at 11 AM. We'd love to come back :)

Susanne and Arne's apartment was perfect for a short stay in Lüneburg. The location is super central, so you can easily reach everything on foot. In the apartment you will find everything you could ever need - even a box of toys was there! Susanne and Arne also provided us with a high chair for our son in the apartment at very short notice. We felt totally comfortable!

we were 6 adults there, all could sleep secluded (couch, two mattresses in the "children's room", large bed in the "parent room"). The apartment was really big and we had plenty of space for 6 people. In the living room is a very large couch and a large TV where we could watch movies. Even in winter you can have a nice walk in the area. The pool was about 18 degrees with us. The sauna was great and we smell it on our own. We arrived with a wheelchair and everything worked out great. Jennifer is really very very nice and made sure we have everything we need

Beautiful place to stay! Beautiful decor design and good book taste in the living room. We will be happy to come back.

John’s flat is large, bright and nicely decorated.

Though we only spoke a few words of each other's languages, Lydia was so kind and friendly and we managed to communicate effectively despite the language barrier! The AirBNB itself was so spacious and had a pretty large living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The bedroom had a beautiful view of the town, which is located along a peaceful river. It's a bit far from Hamburg itself, but public transportation is quite efficient and there is a metro station a 20-minute walk from the AirBNB that takes you to the center. If you'd like, there's also a bus stop directly outside that can go into the city, but buses only take cash which was a bit inconvenient for me as I hadn't brought much cash with me to Germany.

The apartment was very nice and Maria was super nice. We would book again right away!

Our stay was very nice in the cozy apartment. We were also able to use the garden as we had nice weather. In the evening, a lot of lights went on, which looked really nice. We took great walks with the dogs, the recommendations for which came from Katy, who knows the area very well. We were completely satisfied :).

Great apartment in good location, well equipped and very clean. We will be happy to come back!
